The staff are great and do their best, but whoever sends the stock to the Echuca store needs to read the room, LITERALLY. They moved to a smaller shop recently, but have sooo much stock it's impossible to move around the closely packed racks so you can't see the items for sale. The shop looks cheap and nasty and the customers are almost buried! Ridiculous situation. Do better Millers.

A nice, clean store with competitive prices and an okay range of clothing. Where this business fails is in its customer service. I was served by an older woman who came across as rude and disinterested; and, dare I say it, a little bit snobby.She was unfriendly and unhelpful and quashed any enjoyment that I may have otherwise acquired from my shopping experience.
