The coolest Woolworths I've been too. 😎

First of all, there was a robot (see video attached)!!! It was looking out for stock gaps on the shelves to improve product availability for customers. It was also scanning the floors for safety hazards. Such a kind robot. 🤖💗🤖💗

There was also a fun coin donation tornado thingo (another video attached). It was satisfying to see the coin swirl down the tube. I had a lot of fun.

Moreover, thumbs up to the sheltered outdoor parking. I was so grateful that I could park under the shade on a hot day like today (30°C) so that my car wouldn't turn into a burning furnace while I shopped for groceries.

This Woollies has everything you need in a grocery store and more! I recommend 👍

I would like to thank staff member Lee-anne for going above and beyond in her effort to return my purse to me this morning. I left it behind and she found me in the nearby nail salon!!

I love to shop at the new Woolworths west. It's small ,quiet and the staff are friendly 🙂

Staff are very helpful and recognize you only after a couple of visits and you allways receive a hello smile and a wave

Everyone is very helpful especially the deli well stocked.I worked at Woolworths Rye for 27 years.

Staff very helpful. Would prefer if fruit and veg was last when you walk in due to packing trolley. Checkout staff very friendly. I realise with 1st comment that you can only go in one way due to COVID restrictions. Think it would be better to reverse entry and exit.

This Woolworth supermarket has plenty of parking, but spaces are limited, and are tightly spaced, which leaves parents very little or no room to SAFELY GET their CHILDREN in/out from the FAMILY - CAR as well as off-road Parking. This Woolworth's has a side entrance for use during the day hours, but they close it in the evenings for security purposes. The staff are helpful and ever so friendly, I regularly go there and plan to go back . It's a very nice supermarket.

Nice clean store with friendly staff.
Parking lot isn't as big as other stores but is mostly under cover. Be careful in this carpark people don't seem to care and if they hit your car they won't leave a note.

Good sized Woolies.

So.. Long story short, my wife forgot her wallet withs card and phone so had to leave her trolly at woollies. And came back with the card to pay and didnt notice much and took what was in the trolly. After she comes home and checked her groceries and couple of things missing. Then after i come home from work i went to woollies again and the staffs were very helpful and kind. 'Debbie' was very helpful and collected the missing items from the bill (all were fresh produce which they put back for better quality!!!)

Such an amazing service and friendly service.
