Their coffee was good and doesn’t taste weak, frittata was nice and fresh, and their banana cake was not too sweet. The two men running the cafe were also both friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back here next time we go to Old Bar.

Surprising find in Old Bar. Everytime we driven past it has been busy and the coffee explains why.

Coffee Is rich, bold and creamy with a moderately strong taste. Very pleasant, humble atmosphere.

Very pleasant coffee and vibe (simple sweet & savoury food offerings look good - I didn’t have anything today). Not unsurprisingly 7am is peak hour for locals grabbing take-away coffees!

As coffee addicted Melburnians, who brought their own beans, grinder, stove top and milk frothed ... in case of limited options during our 2wks in Old Bar. Unnecessary steps as Buyi do good coffee. Simple!

Awesome little coffee bar. Staff are lovely, the coffee is great and the vibe is super chill. The toasties are also drool worthy 🧡 we go every weekend without fail. They've got a fair bitbof outdoor seating and milk crates to grab, but we pack a picnic blanket too on sunny days/holidays.

Came for an oat capp and was treated to the latest batch cold brew. Can’t fault the excellent customer service and delicious beans - such an amazing cafe on the mid north coast! A must visit.

This tiny little coffee place is so busy all the time, coffee is great, service is great... I made a online order and they missed a coffee, I went back and they didn't question it, they made me another coffee, and I was on my way! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!

V cool place, great coffee and toasties, and a beautiful outside setting of some picnic tables, crates with cushion under the beautiful shady trees ... a gem in Old Bar, really nice staff too. A little slice of Surrey Hills or the Inner West on the mid north coast, without the city congestion or angry people. I'd love it to remain a secret but it's already got a great vibe, buzzing (but always get a seat) and they deserve to do well of course! We had 2 large flat whites, a Reuben and a triple cheese and the toastie. Will try sweets next time. Love it. Perfect coastal Cafe.

This is a little piece of Bellingen right in Old Bar—that's a compliment as far as I'm concerned! The staff are upbeat and friendly. There's an eclectic mix of chairs, stools and milk crates to sit on—some scattered under trees. A bit of music filters through the air. Totally unpretentious and fun. Others could certainly follow their lead.

It’s pronounced “boyeee-eye,” I think! Ask the staff about the origins of the name! Best thing is, buyi is only 10mins from the Highway. I was scorching north for work and found this to be a worthy reason to stop and to caffeinate!
Bottom Line: buyi is a friendly and approachable place and they make very decent coffee. I ordered 2 x 3/4 flat whites (strong), one cheese toastie and a brownie.

Great coffee, a cute cafe in the heart of Old Bar, 2min walk to the beach, ample seating outside (none inside). A menu of toasties, bakery items and some locally made yoghurts. Great coffee, gets busy but handles it well.

This place has the best coffee in the Manning.
They consistently make great coffee even when they are flat out. The staff always have a nice smile and make time to say hello despite the insane business at present. Very do friendly 🤙

Beautiful coffee, great staff. Nice location, seated under the gums in the morning sunshine, sipping my latte is paradise.
Definitely worth a visit if you need a good coffee!
