Jacksons Bakery & Café

We stopped here for a coffee and a snack during our road trip from Griffith NSW to Sydney. The friendliest person at the counter made our visit most pleasant. We were a party of three & one had a pie, one a piece of toasted banana bread & one a large cookie with our coffees. Each of us enjoyed our choices. We sat in the lovely garden/courtyard outside area and were greeted there with "Hello" from the exotic parrot housed nearby.

The garden area is so lovely, with fruit trees in large pots, old wares delightfully arranged with splashes of flowering colour in terracotta pots, wrought-iron & beautiful little nooks all around. We love it here. What a special place.

I just finished my meat my, I should have ordered another one. I asked what the best pie was and the lady recommended the “steak and dian”. It did not disappoint let me tell you.
It was one of the best meat pies I’ve ever had.
The coffee here is also good. It’s on par with the average cappuccino in a dedicated coffee shop in Sydney which is really something considering this is a bakery. Just to be clear, the cappuccino is good, I have no complaints about it. But the pie was unreal.

Next time I’m in Harden I’ll be popping in for another pie and cappuccino for sure. They were even kind enough to put a marshmallow on the lid of my coffee for free because I asked nicely 😅

It’s also a good atmosphere inside. Don’t miss it as it’s not on the main road you drive on when you pass through Harden. You won’t be disappointed.

I loved this place, unassuming from the outside. But inside and the courtyard has a beautiful feel, very relaxing. Coffee and food were excellent. Well worth stopping here on your road trip west. Chill and recharge.

A great relaxed shady outdoor dining area to enjoy a coffee or lunch with family and friends, definitely recommend the coffee its delicious.

Delicious Sausage Roll and Custard Tart! The staff were so friendly and service was fast. There were clean well appointed tables to sit inside and a beautiful garden with seating outside.

The place took a bit of finding but please persevere, it was great.

Absolutely gorgeous country bakery and café. Food was lovely, service and atmosphere were great. Café has an assortment of sweet treats that are made locally, condiments and nik naks. Lovely outdoor area that would be awesome to enjoy on a lovely summer's day. A must visit for beautiful cakes and pies.

I visited Jacksons Bakery & Café in Harden for a coffee break and I was very impressed by their service and quality. The coffee was great and they had a lot of delicious pastry selections, such as croissants, muffins, cookies and cakes.

The place itself was very cozy and inviting, with plants and birds adding to the atmosphere. The place was very clean and the staff were friendly.

I would definitely recommend Jacksons Bakery & Café to anyone looking for a nice place to have a coffee and a snack in Harden. It is one of the best cafés I have been to in the area.

Stayed for lunch in the outdoor dining area. Both the food and ambience were great. Also sampled the bakery by purchasing apple pies and a huge jam roll (with a very generous helping of cream!). Very tasty.
I would absolutely recommend eating here.

A great little bakery. Very Tuscany in style. Staff were welcoming and friendly.. service was quick. Coffees were spot on. Pies could have been a tad hotter... I like my pies hot not warm. Definitely visit again if in the area. A great place to stop for a nice cuppa!

Excellent Coffee shop. Great Coffee, friendly atmosphere. Fresh cakes, lots of seating inside and outside. One of the best coffee shops I have been to. Clean washrooms. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

Great pies and a excellent back garden with ample seating. This is a great place to relax and have a coffee and lunch and even get some work done. The atmosphere is wonderfully calm and relaxed. If you are in the area or passing through then please stop by.

Delicious pies and coffee for lunch on your trip. Nicely presented and plenty of dining spaces if you want to eat in.

Visited a number of times. Fresh sandwiches, great pies and sausage rolls. And plenty of choice for the sugar hit. I'll keep coming back.

Found this cafe on the way to cherry picking, the beef and mushroom pie was awesome also had a cappuccino which was also great, highly recommend stopping here.

Even though i have visited almost every habitable continent its still amazing that you rarely find where you feel at home from day one. I have never met such a friendly and heartwarming staff before. 😊 Greetings from Austria ❤

Mum lives in Harden but it had never been open when we were down. Awesome that it is open Saturdays
