Parker Smash Repairs & Towing Service

In the early morning of the second day of 2024, I was driving from Melbourne to Sydney. Unfortunately, the car rolled over and was hanging in the ditch. John was so helpful, he towed my car out from the ditch. The car could no longer be driven, 4 hours from home. We had to wait if someone came from Sydney to pick us up. Fortunately, John was willing to take us back to Sydney straight away, together with the car which was full of stuffs.Thank you very much John, we were lucky to have your help!

These guys are absolutely amazing. My children and I we stuck in Yass 7.5hrs from home. After a lot of other companies not wanting to help us, these guys had no hesitation to pick us and our car up. Within half an hour of looking over the car they had us back on the road and we made it home safely. Thank you both very much, your work was very much apprciated.

Our car broke down yesterday outside Harden. NRMA came advised not to drive it.
Mark came and picked up our car and caravan
up. We stayed in Caravan Park overnight.
Mark picked up caravan and us and took our car and caravan back to Sydney today. Great job..teally apprciate your help

Car broke down outside the shop on Boxing Day. No where was open but was lucky enough that Mark hadn’t long pulled up in the truck. He came over to see if he could help. He went back to the shop and managed to pull together a few things to help us get going again.
Very happy and surprised he went out of his way to come and help on Boxing Day!

Our car's radiator suffered damage after being hit by a Kangaroo while we were travelling on the Hume Highway. In the bitterly cold weather, we were fortunate to receive assistance from Mr. Jones, and we are truly grateful for his help.

Highly recommend this company. Very quick with response to our situation after not being able to find another tow company that would answer our calls for help. They responded quickly, very professional. They got our car safely off the highway and back to Canberra, after hitting a big pot hole and burst a tyre late at night. Excellent small business!

I had issues with one of the tyres when we were on our way back to Sydney. I did not expect any mechanics would be open on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm but still called and try my luck. Amazingly John picked up the phone and he actually waited for me to turn back and checked out the car. I cannot be more thankful for what he helped us with. He is very professional and kind.
