No names is one of my favourite places for casual dining on a Friday or Saturday night when you just can't be bothered cooking for the family.
Love going for my mini combo fix or sometimes I'll switch it up and get the Italian sausages, either way, I always leave feeling satisfied.
I've come to know Danny and Carl well over the years and it's always a pleasure to go back to a place where the staff remember you.

No names, where to start…

I wish i’d found this place sooner! The food is top notch, got myself a schnitty with cheese and sauce, plus a bit of pasta on the side. Top notch food this is, don’t get much better than this.

Oh and the italian bread on the side was delicious, crusty and oh so good with a bitta butter slapped on it.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, a great way to cap off a working week!

Visited with partner just for the (separate) childhood memories after 30 years. It really did satisfy. Some reviews not too good here but we loved what we had - schnitzel cooked beautifully and spaghetti was tasty. You would need to try for yourself. Nice little venue for a decent meal and we are looking forward to coming back

Booked a table for 20 last minute and they found us a spot for us no problems.
Huge restaurant and it gets packed but didn't stop the staff from smashing out the service super quick. Staff were super friendly and happy to help where they could.
The food was just like the no names we all love.
There's a big play area for the kids which they all loved.
Overall great experience, exactly what we wanted, will definately be going back!

What's your view of "it is what it is"? I mean, I get the whole "things are not what they seem", but thats pretty rare in restaurants. It's true that the good places, put on a show...makeup, lighting and a dance to lure you into a positive mindset to enjoy a meal that has about 25pc of the price spent on the actual produce you're chomping on.
No names at erskineville bowlo is pretty much in the what you see, you get camp. The food comes just long enough after you order it, for them to have actually cooked to order. The fish and salad in picture (i subbed my chips for more salad...gotta watch my dress size), comes with their long loved crusty white bread and (for some reason) lurpak butter. $19.50 is a pretty good deal, despite the fact that at this price, its farmed (probably thai) barramundi.
The other plates looked predictably 1983 good pub food...big portions and cheap.
It is what it is.

I’ve been going to No Names for over 30 years now and have always enjoyed the challenge of eating the chickens schnitzel and pasta combo along with a bowl of salad and bread. Unfortunately now I live on the Central Coast and don’t get to go as often.
But I’m on way way today for lunch and I can’t wait to pig out!! 😁

If you're looking for a hearty meal that merges traditional pub food and Italian, this is the place to be. Always go the combo meal, you won't be disappointed.

Love going to this No Names Italian Restaurant! As a kid, I grew up with one in Darlinghurst and it tastes just the same! The food is fresh and fast at a reasonable price. It's in the Erskineville Bowling club and they do take away. The atmosphere is a bowling club in regional NSW and you don't feel you are 5 minutes away from the trendy Swanson street! Definitely worth a trip!

Great food at a reasonable price and served by friendly and helpful staff.

It was my first time at No Names Maroubra Junction. We used to go to one at Burwood years ago before it closed down.

We enjoyed ourselves with various dishes of pasta and schnitzels before going to watch the NRL on ANZAC Day. They were fairly busy with a very large group at another table but they still managed to serve us in a reasonable time. The food was fresh and tasty.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

We will be back again.

My review comes from years of visiting this establishment, chicken schnitzel cheese and sauce, I LOVE IT, surr ive tsken friends with me and they don’t understand what I love so much about this place. But, its consistently wholesome quality and flavours that have been consistently served to me for over 20 years and many different locations. I do love a big schnitzel and pasta combo, without the frills. Not as cheap as it use to be but in comparison, still reasonably priced. Give it a try, i bet youll be pleasantly surprised.

No Names has moved to Erko Bowlo & there’s plenty of space for diners. Fast service, bread on the table & quality combo’s. The veal schnitzel with cheese & sauce plus fettuccine carbonara is excellent but you can’t go wrong with the chicken schnitzel spag bol combo either. Great food & drinks plus room for 100’s of people 👌🏻
