Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Their school uniforms are overpriced and due to circumstances beyond my control I have to change my daughter schools. I had 2 brand new shirts with tags in original packaging and they refuse refund or even a voucher as it has been a year since purchase. Owner won't even call me to discuss, the staff just have to email.

I bought overpriced two S-Size trousers online from daylight. Both have the same tags but one of them is much shorter than the other.

Absolutely joke of a supplier. My son is due to start a new school, the school has a uniform shop run by this mob. Unfortunately it's visit by appointment only through a app.. this app is not compatible with my phone, there goes that avenue.
So next thing I tried to call daylight sportswear, in hope of being able to get an appointment that way.. but after 3 weeks of calling and leaving numerous messages, I am still unable to get hold of someone to make an appointment. School holidays are upon us shop is closed can't just walk in onsight at the school he is due to start at as I don't know what days and times the shop is run.
A no star rating would sum up this joke of a supplier

As on online store some distance from the school you’re supplying it would be fortuitous if your website worked.

Shame that BHS outsourced & as the new provider there’s absolutely no service. Wonder whose decision this was & whose interests were being served?

Tried to buy uniform today for school to return start of term 2, website is down & the phone goes to voicemail. Perhaps I should drive the hour & chance that they are open?

I guess my kids wear plain clothes, solid decision!!!

One star dosent even cut it. we ordered jackets for year 12 for our school and the quality was absolutly appauling. NOT ONLY was the sizing for multiple individuals completly wrong but a large group of people were given charcters that resemble unrealistic maths equations. THE FACT that they couldnt get the names correct after 9 + months of deliberation is just disgraceful. We were also NOT notified about wether or not they could print certain characters so that within itsself is disgusting. Thank you very much Daylights for making many people upset....good job :)

Worst quality products received. School winter jacket tore in 4 weeks use. School pants quality is so bad, it's almost coming apart, again in few weeks use. I haven't got such bad quality school wear ever. Would have rated negative stars if possible. Thoroughly disappointed.

Highly disappointed with the quality of the product received by Daylight. My high school jersey was completely wrong from the original design (colour, incorrect wording) and many fellow peers were upset as we all paid $100 for personalised nicknames that were incorrect along with numbers not being aligned. Would not recommend.0/5

Extremely poor website. Why schools have outsourced to them is a mystery. Can’t easily find my school. How does this make sense if you trying to sell goods and make money. Maybe have a sit down and search for a daylight moment!!!!

How do you order online? This site is ridiculous, zero stars would not recommend this company, so disappointed

I'm annoyed about my school didnt get the design we chose, and looks absolutely poorly made, I had to draw on my year 12 jacket to make it look what I wanted to look like
