I needed the supporting documents for my OC but they were packed up and in storage. I was also in QLD while the storage was in NSW. Called Sharon and she was able to organise replacements within about 2 hours and emailed them to my solicitor. Amazing turnaround.

Asked for more fees for reissue a interim OC WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED.

Incompetent, unprofessional, bad communicators and just plain rude. Make dealing with council look really attractive.

Terrible to deal with, slow to action, could not perform the task and kept 50% of the initial fee charged. Avoid.
