Quality Apartments Banksia Albany

Our room was very comfortable, tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely and very friendly staff that made our stay very enjoyable. Would recommend highly to my friends and family.

Lovely rooms, very clean and had the comforts of home, breakfast was lovely and eggs cooked perfect..shame we couldn't eat on deck as that was the main reason we booked it, but it was damp, due to condensation, cant be helped... extra towels would have been nice as we stayed 2 nights..and loved the undercover parking.. would definitely consider again.

Stayed one night in October. Found this motel to be the nicest one I have ever stayed in. All areas are very well appointed nice dinning area and lounge room with a big screen TV. Well appointed modern kitchen, two separate bed rooms, bathroom room also has a separate bathtub. The rear of the unit has a fairly private grassed area and a carport. It's more like a holiday home

What a great place to be. Self contained appartments with kitchen, laundry machine etc.... very spacious and comfortable. Very quiet at night. Definitely recommend.

I was here for work but families would have a great time too. Small children play area present.

If the need is there I will stay here again.

We booked a 2 bedroom cabin and really enjoyed the stay there. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Well run place. Lovely modern suites ( KING EXEC ) , excellent lounge and spacious well equipped kitchen. Great bed . New furniture. Very good breakfast. No road noise or noise from other visitors due to generous spacing of units. Clean.
For the sake of your car’s bottom, be careful with the entrance.

After having an initial glitch on my first booking attempt through the app, i couldn’t of been more impressed with the response and support i received from staff and management at this property.
They went above and behond to make things right for myself and i will continue to support this property.
When i did stay the room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room looked to be recently renovated and it has been done very nicely. As i said plenty of room and had everything you would need for an overnight stay, or an extended stay as well.
Great facilities BBQ area & playground for the kids.
Highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Quality Apartments Banksia Gardens In January 2023. We absolutely loved our visit. My wife, son and I all thought it was really friendly, clean and quiet. The apartment had everything we needed. The location is close to town, parking was great.

I even left my laptop behind and they got it back to me.

We will definitely be contacting Banksia Gardens next time we're in Albany.

First review from me but I have stayed here 20 plus times. I stay for work and for pleasure. Very clean comfortable rooms. Easy check-in and car parking UMR in your own carport. Unpack neatly or explode however you live your life through a suitcase and enjoy the sites of Albany.

This is the kind of accommodation that makes you proud to live in Australia. If you have travelled to other states and overseas, you will know this clean, well organised and pleasantly decorated accommodation is the perfect place to stay in comfort away from home. The friendly staff and cuisine options added a homely touch. We stayed in a self contained villa, which was spacious and had everything we needed to make our vacation a good one. Loved the bedrooms, bathroom (with a spa), living space and kitchen. Gorgeous lawned areas with native gardens. Air-conditioning was excellent. Will definitely be going back to Banksia Quality Apartments in Albany.

Fantastic clean apartments, very comfortable and good facilities. The carports for each apartment is really handy especially with Albany's wild weather. The staff are the most helpful, caring people I have ever met. They are so friendly and I was genuinely sad to say goodbye to them. The breakfasts and coffee in the restaurant is delicious too. Looking forward to my next stay!

Great service! After initially getting our booking wrong, they went above and beyond to rectify it and to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms were clean and staff were always quick to respond whenever we needed something. Parking for each apartment was very convenient. Suggestion: Please add locks for bedrooms and toilets.

"I recently stayed at Banksia Gardens Apartments in Albany and it was a fantastic experience. I booked a one king bedroom with a jacuzzi spa, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The jacuzzi spa was an added bonus, and I spent many a relaxing evening soaking my troubles away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one.

Also - I forgot my mobile charger somewhere in the apartment number 12 and I'm hoping it's still there! But in all seriousness, the staff were kind enough to keep it safe for me, so I'll be sure to pick it up next time I'm in town. I would highly recommend Banksia Gardens Apartments to anyone visiting Albany, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay."

Stayed here for two months with work. The rooms are clean and serviced every other day. Friendly staff and a 15 min walk to town centre 30 min to Entertainment Centre.

This is a fantastic place to stay Albany. The room was better than we was expecting, immaculate clean and really comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful too, really complete. The service at reception very good, the staff is ready to help. We will stay here when we come to Albany again.
