I wanted to provide a response to the previous review from D A Apps, so as anyone reading these reviews are presented with the facts.

I am the co-owner of 48 Austen Blvd Spring Farm. We engaged Graeme Paddock and Luigi Lombardo to sell our property after meeting them at another home we inspected. We engaged Graeme and Luigi because we were so impressed with their professional, honest and not pushy approach - it was very clear to us that they were doing everything they could to get the best price for their vendor, but they didn't need to be pushy and dishonest in the process.

Following our first open home, we were made aware of all offers that were made on the day. We were aware that this reviewer had made an opening offer that was $300k below the top offer at the time. We were then made aware that both parties, including D A Apps, had made offers of $1.31m for our house, however they wanted to return on the following Saturday and the offer was conditional on their partner also liking the property. Given our personal circumstances, we required a quick sale so we chose to accept the offer of $1.31m from the purchaser who was happy to proceed with the purchase immediately, and we instructed Graeme and Luigi to do so.

It is not ideal that the details of the sale of our home have been broadcast publicly online, however we feel it's very important that the reputation of the most professional, hard-working and honest Real Estate agents we have ever dealt with (and we have dealt with a few!) is not tarnished by one person who does not have all the facts.

My husband and I would be more than happy to recommend Graeme and Luigi to anyone wanting to sell their house. We are incredibly happy with the service we have received from them and if we ever sold in the future we would 100% trust in them to sell on our behalf.
