Oran Park Montessori Academy Child Care Centre

Montessori Academy here in Oran Park is one of the best childcare services you can find in this area. The facility itself is very clean. The staff from managerial level to it’s class room educators are excellent and exceed my expectations. They are indeed very friendly and very genuine in teaching moral values, skills that prepares the little minds for early childhood education.
What I like about this facility itself is that they have a structured montessori activities every day. The children are not just all play but learning is incorporated as well. The food is also excellent! My daughter has always been so picky with food, but now she has grown to be more open to the different varieties of food offered to her. Now, she has always been looking forward to going to school and seeing her friends. She had established trust towards her educators and build friendships.
As mentioned above, the cleanliness of the facility is 10/10. The ambiance is very homey.
I would highly recommend Montessori Academy Oran Park for those parents out there in search of good childcare. No regrets in sending my daughter to this facility.

The staff, educators at Montessori Oran Park have been great. When Chloe first started, she was scared being separated from mummy and daddy; and they worked with me to achieve comfort and ease in Chloe’s transition to day care. Creating a book of things close to Chloe that allowed her to share and express things she loved most dear. Making her feel safe and at ease. At Oran Park they are great at building children’s confidence and allowing them to grow as individuals, encouraging better behaviours, communication and fun learning actives. Bree the manager is very approachable and kind, Chloe’s teachers have all been there for her. Chloe loves day care more than ever and always sings the songs she’s learnt at school, my favourite the ABC.

Cannot say enough about Montessori academy both my children have gone there and they have the absolute best start in their educational life. My daughter has a disability and was quite behind however with the love and care of Montessori she is beyond up to date..... She's confident, cheeky, happy and above all understands everything. The love and care shown for all children is above and beyond what is required. I wish they had a primary and a high school in the area as we would only be in Montessori learning. I love this place and highly recommend. If you want to give your child/children the best start in education this is the only place I recommend.

Coming from an education background, I was asked by a friend to visit Montessori Academy, Oran Park as her daughter-in-law was searching for a child care provider. I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome of the educators. The centre's natural light caught my eye as did the openness and cleanliness of all the rooms. Chatting with the educators helped us to understand the Montessori Academy philosophy, which ensures all children are given the opportunity to learn, grow and play at their own pace. We left the centre with an overwhelming sense of blessedness, knowing this centre was the perfect centre for her grandchild.

Little Miss 2 ( my youngest) joined Montessori Oran Park 3 months ago.
Needless to say when we relocated to the area I was really worried to find a nice day care center for her. We feel blessed that Montessori Oran Park had recently opened its doors and that we managed to get a spot for her. On our first visit to the centre, we were really impressed to see such a beautiful, clean and well organized place. What also reassured us was how approachable, open and dedicated the staffs are. From Day one, we felt welcomed, Miss Breanna, Miss Nicole always with a big smile.
The staffs in the baby room are equally amazing - very patient with my daughter during a phase of fussy eating - I feel I can always approach them and my daughter has fully settled in and is loving her days at the center.
I would highly recommend this center.

It has been amazing watching our son flourish at Montessori. We specifically sought out Montessori because we like hands-on learning through play, and the ability for self direction with the gentle guidance from other adults who have similar mindsets as we do. Our son has enjoyed learning through a Montessori App (not part of the school) for the last couple of years, so things he does in the classroom are often things that he does in his app too, which helps reinforce the learning. He's a bright person and it really means a lot to us that he is in a place where he can continue to grow and develop beyond what we can do at home with him right now.

The staff members are of incredible quality and there is a genuine sense of care for the children. They are open to feedback and communicate regularly with us parents so we are all on the same page.

I also appreciate that Montessori Oran Park have a variety of healthy foods on the menu each day, which means I don't have to worry about him getting the right nutrients or getting loaded up with foods that I wouldn't serve at home for him.

The only downside is that there are very limited spaces, and the road design to get into the centre is very odd, but that's beyond their control.

Overall, I highly recommend Oran Park Montessori Academy and plan to have our second son attend as well when he gets older.

Our son has attended Montessory Academy Oran Park for more than two years and we are happy with the service. We are thankful with the amazing and friendly staff and the organisation of the centre. The whole team always give their best to ensure the learning process and wellbeing of the kids. I can’t thank enough for the peace of mind my husband and I have had during all this time, knowing that we can trust the care and guidance that our son is getting.

One of the best choice I made for my kids is to be part of Montasori academy
The educators are amazing and most important is the way of taking care of my kids and others as if they are their own kids
So helpful and friendly with everyone and that’s the best part about it ☺

I have two children that attend Oran Park
Montessori Academy and they love it, as do we. It’s very clean and the teaching staff are so lovely. Highly recommend checking them out!

My daughter attended 2 years ago for one day and she was outta there.
I saw teachers miss treating the kids both verbally and physically- while the teachers thought I was not there and had left otherwise they were so nice to my face …
I didn’t leave right away I wanted to watch how my little one settled in and what I saw horrified me ..dragging kids by their arms off the ground, yelling at them for wanting to play in the sandpit..
my little girl was crying so I left but waited to see how long it took for her to calm down . I was watching from inside the classroom and the teacher didnt even wait 1 min with her to try and comfort her or distract her just left her there crying , I then saw the teacher drag the other child ( little boy ) by his arm reefing him off the ground.. I ran inside yelling at the reception whilst pointing at what the teacher was doing and was told that child is not listening and to calm down. … I was in tears and my little girl never went back ..
this was two years ago not sure If the same teachers are there but I got my child out the next day and made a complaint ..

Our child suffered a horrific accident at the play centre (acknowledge that kids will be kids) unfortunately we were never notified nor was an incident reported prepared. She was in hospital for 4 days, it took 2 days for the centre to find out that it happened at daycare. Later we were told that after the incident she was left crying on the deck for 20-30 mins (still no contact to us or incident report). Due to the location of the incident, we were subject to child wellbeing investigations in hospital. When we decided to give notice, we were still charged 4 weeks notice period, even after all the pain and suffering we had been put through.

Most pretentious director I have ever met?? She needs to not talk down to people when on a tour. You don’t know what people do for a living or what life experiences they have had so don’t act better than them!!
The reputation in the community for your centre is not too good. Word spreads fast!!!
Staff are also not knowledgeable on the programs.
Open day was a failure! No staff member knew anything and couldn’t answer basic questions. It Goes to show it doesn’t matter about the new products and shiny toys that you have. As well as all be Mercedes and bmw cars that you have in the car park, It is the people that we are leaving our precious children with that is the most important. Apparently been calling everyone on their data base as they are desperate to fill spots. There is a reason for that. Change directors/ management and educate staff, particularly not to lie.
Word spreads like wild flowers. Good luck to redeem the bad reputation.

Poorly treated kids, they have been left out in the sun all day, my kids came back with sweat all along his and hers face, with 35° temperature, what torture to the kids, there was also a little accident (fight) between the kids and all the teachers could do it stand there until my son got hit in the eye and is now bruised, what bad staff, taking my son out of this childcare ASAP!
