Moss Vale Showground

Sadly it was extremely wet. It was running water all over sites. Staff was superb finding us the least wet spot in the grounds would stay again in a heartbeat

Great spot for a stop over, kids loved exploring all around.
Toilet and showers where clean and the care taker was very friendly, would defently be back.

Still No rooms, went to the monthly craft market again. Was good. Needs more stalls though.

Stall holders had to put up with very heavy winds but people still came to support them. The market had plenty of variety and my wife and I managed to pick up a beautiful plant and some Christmas decorations. There was also a lot of choice for food.

Nice Showgrounds which through no fault of there's has regrettably suffered from the continual rain over the last 6 months, located in a beautiful area with lots to do and see, you usually have to book days in advance, well worth the visit

John the caretaker was very pleasant to deal with. During our stay he bought firewood to fire pit free of charge.
Lawns cared for regularly.
Didn't use amenities as were SC,there is a small kitchen with a washing to use at $3 load. Walk to town takes 5 mins,McDonald's and Aldi just a short stroll.
All in all we loved it and will be back. Cheers

Good spot to start for short term close to shops

Arrived late after a long days drive and we were greeted with a friendly face, a can do attitude and a above and beyond service. Forever greatful to Steve the grounds man who put us undercover as our camper trailer would otherwise been soaked from the storm coming through... were able to cook without being washed out and the amenities are top notch. Just a short walk to shop with a great cafe (the vale). Highly recommended for anyone coming through the area. 5/5

Lots of space and reasonable amenities. So glad we stayed here instead of the crowded caravan park!

This is a great camp ground for a base in the Southern Highlands. The amenities are very good, there is power, water and a dump point. The sites are large so easy to get in and out. The entrance is not well marked look for the markets sign and go in that gate. Stephen the volunteer grounds man is very friendly and helpful. Thanks to his helpful tip on how to get back out to the motor way we missed driving through the morning traffic in Bowral and Mittagong.

We spent a few night here at the Moss Vale Showground you must book to stay here. Very nice Showground camping here it does get cold here at night. It’s a nice easy walk to town from here and I a great place to base your self if are checking out area around here there’s some great drives from here. Here are just a few photos from around the area. The RSL makes a lovely meal if your hungry.

I like showgrounds so this suited me well. Plenty of space and numerous sites with power and water. Dog friendly. Fairly new facilities from the look of it and a dump point. Compared to what I’ve paid recently at CPs $25 is a bargain. Conveniently situated to town. John is friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Beautiful place to spend a few days. Campground is lovely with lots of shade and good, clean amenities. $25 a night with power and water.

Had a few days caravan stay in the camping ground in showground and a great spot, clean amenities, friendly care taker and a short walk to town. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a over night to a few days in the Southern Highlands

Powered sites, clean amenities, plenty of shady trees, caretakers extremely welcoming. Wheelchair accessible with help. Great place to camp overnight.

We went to the Moss Vale show and the facilities were very clean, they smelled clean and there was cleaners on the day, I think this is a wonderful showground.

Very basic showground ,but facilities sufficient, costing accordingly, will always return, location is excellent

It was wonderful to see this market back on again, we walked ate drank and spent all good 👍👍😊
