Bought some make up for my friend’s birthday, the customer service was exceptional, especially Ron as he kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the product, and he responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Chanel Beauty at Westfield Bondi Junction was outstanding, and I can't wait for my next purchase.

I have been a customer of Chanel for a few years and although the CBD store is closer to work; it’s always a pleasure to go to Bondi Junction and be looked after by Lucia. Her level of expertise and customer service are exceptional. I have been to many Chanel stores and Lucia’s service and dedication always stands out as the best. I was hesitant to come here after reading the reviews but decided to give it a go. Upon entering I was greeted and after a quick wander around, was asked if I needed help. Pei was the service assistant who helped me from beginning to end, showing me the different bags I was interested in and ensuring I had warm water since I was sick. She was very friendly and helpful. This was my first Chanel purchase and first impressions are the most important! Thanks Pei for helping me today with my new loved bag！

I dealt with a lovely well spoken man called Jet. He was very helpful and polite. At first I was nervous about going in after reading some of the reviews. But I received excellent service from Jet! Thank you!

I've encountered many rude sales from Chanel. Especially those ones from Castlereagh store. They are so rude and tend to ignore you everytime if you are not their regulars. I even made most of my chanel purchases oversea because I really don't want to talk to them and see them roll their eyes on me.

Thanks to Sweata Thapa in Bondi store that has changed. She is helpful and warmth and really went her way to help me and my friends out. We both have been searching for the Beige/Black sling-back all around the world for almost a year already. Finally Sweata made us happy by let us know it arrived in time. We went to the store today and happy to made the purchase, not just because it's something we wanted for long time but because of the warmth comes from somebody did keep your needs in mind.

I never chat with other sales in Bondi store but they all seem nicer than those ones I encountered in city stores (both westfield and castlereagh). For a luxury brand you do expect services to be better than GAP or ZARA, both of city stores fail to do so. Those staffs in city need some training about customer service. By looking at the reviews on google I believe I am not the only one to think that way.

I highly recommend Bondi store if you ever want to make some purchase from CHANEL. You won't be disappointed.

Just went to Chanel store at Bondi Junction with the wife today to do a little shopping for her. The sales lady named Pei Wu was excellent. She was very polite and friendly and definitely got the bag the wife wanted today. Definitely recommended~

Yuka was extremely helpful in the fragrance section today and packaged all my gifts quickly. She was extremely friendly and her colleagues helped assemble all the items.
