He might have a good knowledge but grumpy.

Overall was not satisfied with the service I received. Was sent wrong part initially and then after many many emails(and photos) admission of mistake was made by Cris. Also item was not as described on website, was advertised as having a rotatable focuser(details have since been updated on website) and did not. Finally after 6 months received correct part. Whilst in the end I got what I ordered the level of customer service was poor.

It's advertised as a retail store, with business hours provided, but it's a place in guys residential home, we turned up, no one was home and no one picked up the phone when we rang on the mobile number which is provided as their business number. What an absolute joke to advertise their business.

Regarding your replay - the issue here isn't a product availability or your Christmas trading hours, but the fact that you have advertised your primary residence as a walk-in store for the public. Do you carry appropriate City Council permits which would indicate you have met confined spaces compliance code, first aid, home-based business requirements and public liability insurance, sir? You can't mislead public. If you run it online, fair enough, but you can not adverse the same business as public retail. You have breached multiple legislative policies, just one example, selling goods that are not manufactured or serviced on-site. What you are doing is illegal.

Could not get an answer as to when the shop is manned. Very frustrating.
