Chemist Warehouse Rockdale Plaza

On a Friday afternoon, I visited Chemist Warehouse Rockdale where I found only a few staff members on duty. Fortunately, I came across a helpful staff member named Ali S who assisted me in selecting a fragrance for my son. I must say that his customer service was exceptional. Ali S had an in-depth knowledge of the products and went above and beyond to assist me. I am truly grateful for his service and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance at Chemist Warehouse Rockdale.

I bought some general retail items from this branch and female floor staff were available or else proactively asking if customers needed help. If you don't, they leave you alone to browse but if you do they will direct you or go find what you're after. The male counter staff who served me was also friendly.

As a chemist warehouse, they have all the items you would expect in the familiar store layout - many at their RRP-discounted prices as well as sale items too look out for too.

Some seriously miserable reviews here. Respectfully, unless you yourself have worked in retail or food, you will NEVER understand the level of entitlement and stupidity that exists in this world.

I have been shopping at CWH for years. I do not get 5 star service and do not have that expectation. Yes I have to plan beforehand, thoroughly. If I can and am prepared to wait, I ALWAYS ask for wait times to avoid misunderstandings. I do NOT argue about wait times unlike some people I’ve seen. The last time I left 2 scripts, and came back in 30 minutes. In that time I got creative - I was in a shopping centre so I did my groceries. When I returned I had to wait to pick up my scripts, dispensary could be more attentive. At the end of the day, I’m happy to get my medications and items at prices I can afford.

These places are permanently understaffed, so I suggest you treat leftover staff with some dignity as they are very likely doing 2-3 people’s jobs as well as ridiculous shifts. Yes, not all staff are helpful or nice, but like anyone else, most are willing to assist if you treat them with basic respect.

Highly recommend Chemist Warehouse Rockdale Plaza. Every time I come here I'm so impressed with pharmacist Farah. You cannot go past the great attention, charism and knowledge that Farah has. Want to say that the pharmacy service has never been good until Farah started working here.

I had great and wonderful experience shopping at chemist warehouse on Wednesday 8/3 at around 6pm. I needed to locate some hair lice solution plus some eye drops, and the young worker named Jesse directed me to both exact places where the products were. he is such well mannered and caring young man, and so approcable too.

If you ever decide to shop here, look for the young man Jesse to help you with your needs or any queries you may have.

Pharmacist Sherry had clocked out at work, but saw me in distress as other representatives could not locate my dispensed script item. She stayed back and helped me find it and rectified an issue with another pharmacy. She was very helpful and kind and walked me through resolving it on the phone with another branch. Amazing customer service and I was so lucky to have been served by her. Sherry is an amazing asset to the pharmacy. Thank you !!

This is by far the best Chemist Warehouse I have ever frequented.
Large spacious aisles, great variety of stock, very very clean looking and feeling, great helpful staff, especially the older Asian gentleman named 'John' ? who was extremely knowledgeable about health/beauty brands and products.
The security in the entrance to the shop are pleasant.
As for the Filipina checkout chick, she could do with a better attitude. 🤷🏽‍♀🤗

Quick and easy, variety at a more than fair and competitive price. Given the opportunity, I would support the local small business, but this is just too convenient. From prescribed medication to fragrances and everything inbetween, enhanced by the thought of off street parking.
I found staff to be very attentive and with a smile.

Pleasant experience, knowledgeable staff, greeted with a smile on entering the shore, not sure if the gentleman was security, but he was able to direct me in the isle I needed.

I did not have a great experience here the first time but I noticed that service has improved from dispensing and some new staff as well as old being extremely helpful and will try only use them now. Thanks guys!

I was served by a lovely young lady, i think her name was Jenan. My script had an error from my doctor and she really helped me sort my problem out by calling and having them send a script in. She really made my day by how patient and kind she was to me. You rock Rockdale Chemist Warehouse.

The aisles are super wide, it's like a supermarket because it has almost everything that you need, staffs are friendly, services are great and a lots of promotion! Would always love to come back.

Next time you are at Rockdale plaza come and visit this place if you need to get prescription or medicine come here nice and fast and has everything you need from a warehouse even men's and ladies hi end perfumes it's not to expensive either I was surprised when I was last there and I will definitely come back here when needed bigger than other small chemist and priceline and it's right next door to ALDI.

The best customer service ever..Very welcoming and helping staff members and the prices r very cheap compared to other pharmacy and retail store. The prescription medicines r also much cheaper than other pharmacy. Now I always go there for shopping

The staff always go above and beyond with their service. Probably one of the best Chemist Warehouses I have ever been to. Thank you for looking after the community, especially in these difficult times.

Spent a lot of time on the phone with this store today seeking stock prices for bush fire relief stock - the staff was very helpful, spent time going back and forth with the manager and even gave me a discount for my bulk order/charity. Much appreciated and thank you!
