Today I brought the Meile c3 family all rounder. I can't recommend this more highly. The suction power is insanely good, I even turned it right down on the carpets and i could see my carpet lifting. Only issue would be having to plug it in different spots around the house due to lead tad small. Otherwise. 20/10 stars

Service I recieved today was amazing, the guy in store was professional, knowledgeable and a great help. Came in looking for replacement head for vacuum, walked out with a great deal.

Great advice and service. Staff are very friendly. They even offered advice on a machine they don’t sell. Because of this extra help I have been back a few times to see them.

Lovely service

I took my optim steam mop in and they sent it to Melbourne. Told me it wouldn’t be fixed as it had chemical damage. Funny though! I took it home and put a longer pin in the steam hole to see if I could clear it and wow!!! It works. I bet if I left it there for them to get rid of they would have been able to fix it to sell it off

Be aware you can get 3 tineco filters for $18 online, when Godfreys sell 1 for $20.

Terrible customer service, served by Leanne in the Albury store. Came in to enquire about warranty and she immediately was very condescending and saying it’s because we weren’t doing up keep. She cleaned one filter saying that was the reason and it still didn’t work. She did not ask any questions about what the issue we were having with the product and was trying to diagnose it herself with no background on the situation. Her “education” was telling us not to follow the manual and do things different.

Understand the company is now in administration but disappointed by the unwelcome attitude of the service

Called in advance about a part was told that they could order it get to the store told we need to get a brand new head attachment

Visited today. Waited at counter for a few moments. Salesperson walked up and started searching the computer at the counter (helping another customer I think). No acknowledgement at all. Really rude and totally awkward. I know everyone’s busy and stressed these days, but it’s not hard to look up and say ‘someone will be with you in a second’.

Vacuum (Nilfisk) has gone back to manufacture 3 times due to power cutting out issues and have been given no information for 3 weeks . The thing with godfreys is that they do not give refunds or a replacement only the manufacture can authorise it, if the product is faulty or not only a select few that can get a replacement.

Warning!!!!!!! do not buy from here your better off else where

Very poor customer service.

I inquired about a spare part for my vacuum cleaner which they told me they would get back to me the same day and I am still waiting a week later!!! I have also rung at least 5 times within 2 hours and always the phone rings out??? Extremely bad customer service.

i put a vacuum in for a small repair 4 weeks ago. After many lies, they admitted they have lost it. But they still won't ring me again, so I'm waiting
