Today was one of the best trips I've had to the Albury HN store (Sunday) thanks to Liam in Computers.

I've often researched what I want to buy well before I hit the store, so often I am ready to buy once I have walked in.

Liam was able to assist me within a minute of arriving in the section, going straight to check stocks in store and offer me the colour of MacBook I wanted.

We got through the essential financing paperwork very efficiently and I was out of the store with my purchase and promotional gift voucher no more than 10-15 mins after I walked into the store.

Reading the customer requirements, instead of trying to turn every single visit into an upsell is a skill and Liam does the job well.

Had problems with a new laptop purchased due to problems with an update, but the staff were so helpful. Matt was brilliant during the original sale, while Keanu yesterday and Kerrie today were really helpful with fixing the issue. Laptop fortunately is working fine now, thanks to the staff's work.

I purchased a large screen Sony TV from the outlet. The salesperson was polite, knowledgeable and gave me the best price available locally and a wall installation in my residence worth a further $150 for zero cost. Further the installer turned up on time and performed a fantastic job installing the TV. Couldn't be happier Harvey Norman, thank you.

Very friendly and helpful. Prices on the fridge were cheap for the size we wanted. All took about 20min. No waiting on service. And next day delivery is great.

We purchased a lounge suite through Erin just over 2 years ago and had an excellent experience.
Unfortunately we had several issues with the couch due to manufacturing defects. We then started our dealings with Dianna in regards to having our issues attended to under warranty. Dianna also followed through with excellent customer service and made us feel like a valued customer of Harvey Norman Albury. We do appreciate all the effort the staff have put in, to make sure we were completely satisfied.
I would highly recommend all the staff and definitely will be a customer for life.

Allen is the Man to see if your looking for a TV. He answered all my questions even some I hadn't thought of. Got a great 65" Samsung Smart TV at a good price ,12 months interest free and a $100. Gift Card .
Walked in off the street and Allen treated me better than The Good Guys ever did and Until.they refused fix the TV I bought from them in 2019 with there rip off 3year extened warranty I always showed at the Good Guys as a VIP Customer. BUT ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ! Harvey Norman has my Business NOW !

I had a great experience. I contacted Harvey Norman to purchase a Kitchen Aid food processor. Declan who I spoke with was very helpful and because of the border restrictions he even dropped it off to my home after work. Great customer service!

We recently went to Harvey Norman in Albury to look at a new fridge and coffee machine.

One staff member was particularly helpful and provided lots of advice re coffee machine choices. We made our decision re purchase and then the machine was out of stock at that store. TAYLAH the staff member arranged to collect the machine when she travelled to Warnambool the following weekend as there were a number at that store and brought it back for us to collect from Harvey Norman Albury on her return. Great service!! It also makes great coffee. Thanks Harvey Norman team.
