Amazing all-round service and quality. The delivery guys are spectacular, they even helped me move in a fridge and washing machine from Harvey Norman - the delivery guys just left it all out the front, and the amazing guys from Fantastic Furniture were more than happy to help me. Great work guys, you’re the best!!

Exceptional service from here . We ordered a number of couch items for a workplace and they were helpful and the order was exactly correct when delivered. The delivery guys has great customer service and carried the items where we needed them. The couches have had heavy use and are holding up extremely well. Superb value for money for the couches that we purchased. Recommend.

Ladies in Albury store were lovely and gentleman in the warehouse today 12th October 20 was lovely , polite and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job, it was a pleasure dealing with him.good to see there are still people In retail that are so lovely to deal with.

From ordering to pick up this experience was so easy. The service at pick up was better than most past experiences. Josh at Albury store had customer servuce down pat.

Outstanding customer service. We lost a box 1 of 4 and the manager did everything she could to get the missing box for me replaced.
