This is like the Bunnings of the outdoors world. Just like Bunnings you can go up and down every aisle and always find something you might need. They have everything outdoors from tents to fishing to hats to shoes to cooking utensils to life vests. The pricing are what is expected and as they have such a broad range of everything you can get a cheaper version or a more expensive version of just about everything in there. The customer service staff are very helpful. Parking is pretty easy as it is situated in a large outdoor shopping complex. Highly recommend a visit. You won’t be disappointed. They even had Birkenstock’s!

Hi I have just done 350 km half way of the AAWT.I turned 62 on the way I went with my son Brad 27 we averaged 30 odd km a day 11 days .
I purchased sea to summit bed mat and sleeping bag and pillow.Pocket Trowel ,DenVallo backpack 45 litre,Mountain Design Tread Pro trekking poles.Headlamp,Sal x ultra pioneer gtx mid one size bigger ,Lifestraw Filter ,Injinji trail Toesocks.
We carried our own food cold soak the socks were amazing and boots 🥾 and all the other items I purchased were great I just want to send out a thankyou to staff who just let me decide what was best and helped me when I asked it took ages try on boots walk around etc they never cared thankyou for that .Now I have the other half to finish 😀

We purchased a Reid electric scooter for our grandson for Xmas and after 2 months it stopped working
We dropped off the scooter yesterday and Matt and the team rang back to discuss some issues with the scooter and how it was ridden
Despite the fact that some parts weren’t covered under warranty ( tyres) they decided to replace it with a new one

Matt rang me today and I picked up the scooter 1/2hr ago

They went over and above 150%
I would recommend Annaconda anytime

Dale the manager is great, and customer focused. I was having a little trouble with Watersnake and Dale sorted it very quickly. A couple of staff I’ve felt with are keen and regular fishos.

The store manager Eleisha from the Albury NSW store went above and beyond after we received a faulty tent after travelling a long way to return a faulty tent and loosing a day from our holiday. We arrived back at out campsite to find our replacement was faulty also but Aleisha drove all the way to our camping site from the store and personally delivered us another tent so we would not be without somewhere to sleep that night! Thankyou Aleisha!

Great products, very reasonable prices

Justin provided great customer service and advice helping me pick out a life jacket for my dog. He went above and beyond to locate the correct size, even unboxing stock to get the right one for my dog. Boxing Day sales so super busy, but Justin was super relaxed and friendly.

Great store, after we made our choices of kayaking gear and rushed it through the checkout, the sales guy noticed that the (expensive) flotation jackets we had purchased might be uncomfortable with our chosen kayaks.. He (Liam I think?) took us back in to store and suggested some better fitting jackets (far cheaper) and happily changed them over and refunded the difference which was a substantial amount of money. We will be spending that money in the store soon. A great experience. Thanks.

We are over the moon with the service that was provided to us on a busy Saturday. We essentially came in to buy fishing gear, as it's our first time.

We spoke to Dale, where we told him our needs and budget. He was spot on with everything and didn't rip us off.

We spent $320 total on absolutely everything and didn't compromise quality.

Shopping for my daughters school camp with a list of requirements for alpine climate. Staff (especially Brooke) were fantastic at providing me with advice on everything from hiking boots to thermals. However were not pushy in regard to suggesting the most expensive or most popular brand... they really took the time to find out what equippment we already had and what would work for us for our specific situation. We speant close to an hour in the store on two separate occassions and on both days the service was great even on the very busy Saturday morning when all staff were run off their feet.
Lovely help at the check out with Rebecca checking with Tom the manager for further discounts..... who delivered with an amazing price on a sleeping bag.
