Aussie Greenmarks

I spoke with Rohit from Aussie Greenmarks to have my heat pump installed. True to his word, he arranged for the installation the very next day after confirmation. The installers did an amazing job as well. I am very happy with their overall service.

I got few things like 3 exhaust fans, 2 shower heads along with host pipes, door seal and vent covers from this company. The quality of the products is very good. I would like to appreciate the behaviour and service of the installers. I would suggest all to get the things from this company with no second thought.

I have got door seals, showerheads,vent covers and fanseals from this company they are quite good products.They have verified electrician for installation.overall the service is wonderful.

From Aussie Greenmarks, I just showed interest to install the products which they will provide for free. And I just realised that I took a good decision after the installation of the products. Because the quality of products were too good I am so satisfied with those. Just go ahead and install the products if you have any chance.

Great service - good communication - prompt service. Our hot water system had failed and they were able to get a replacement in the next day. Tradespeople were friendly, efficient and did quality work.

Splendid products / Splendid service.

To begin with the products are very sensible and energy efficient being the main reason for this outreach. I got 2 showerheads and 3 exhaust fan adaptors and a weather sealing installed. Thank you.

The installers were professional and imparted very good service.

However, the main reason of being energy efficient was lost in the electrician insisting that there should be a minimum of 10 ordinary bulbs to be changed to energy efficient LED bulbs where necessary.

I do agree that it will not be logical/feasible/fair to ask Aussie Greenmarks to come over and replace 1/2/3 bulbs only, however, in this instance - Aussie Greenmarks were already in the premises replacing other products as mentioned above, so that Electrician insisting there should be minimum of 10 bulbs rule needs to be relaxed and should replace as many bulbs possible whether it does not meet the minimum 10 bulb rule.

Electrician Joel came and replaced over 75 halogen downlights and every other light (lamp lights) etc, we changed our halogesn to warm white GU10’s, so there was a $9.95 cost per light as electrical work had to be done to get rid of the transformers and installing the fitting required for the GU10 bulb and a $30 fee for an electrical safety certificate which we were assured they will send on . The 6 portafloods and all lamp lights and electric bulb replacement was free .Joel (the electrician) and Ali (who helps the electrician with non electrical work) were very polite, efficient and the work was done on time and everything replaced and tested. . Greenmarks also agreed to start work at 9am, to give some of the occupants time to get ready for work and leave. Some of the lights shown on their website are not available and have been replaced with other lights, this is a common problem with lots of the company websites that are not updated regularly, however this company has a factory which we visited to actually look and choose from the available lights . we took down the circular plastic ring that went around the existing halogen light , to ensure that the new light will fit, so the holes in our ceilings will remain the same. The sales person was polite and helpful ,brought down the lights we had a choice of , so we could see the lights prior to any agreement on our part. The lights were installed with 14 days of payment. We are happy with our decision to replace the lights and happy so far with the work done.

I had about 15 lights swapped to LED from your electrician Dylan. He was very professional and polite. He put a sheet down everywhere he went and didn't leave any mess. I was very impressed. I waited a couple months to leave a review incase the lights stopped working but so far they have been great. Thank you Aussie Greenmarks!

I really appreciate the service that Mr Sahil Sayed had provided. He was very professional with his work and had did my assessment perfectly. He had really got excellent communication skills. May Mr. Sayed achieves further heights in his future. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants free and good LED lights.

Excellent customer service. We had all our old high bay lighting replaced with LED's under the free Victorian Energy Upgrade. Aussie Greenmarks were very helpful with the initial quotation process through to the timely installation.

I and my wife are very happy with the 56 bulbs and downlights they changed. The electrician was very professional and careful doing his job. Job well done. I give them a very big "Thumbs Up"
