Our wedding was the one of our dreams.
The ceremony looked amazing and the reception was beautiful. The entire night ran so smoothly, and on behalf of all our guests as well, the food was absolutely 💯 amazing and so was the service. The staff really made the night as it was great to see them enjoying the night as much as us.

So once again we are so grateful and thank you.

See you again soon, as Maxamilian's is really our number one.

Maximillians is simply awesome.

A spacious venue in tranquil surrounds. Whether you choose to sit inside or outside there are a number of great areas to enjoy.

They hosted our company Christmas lunch today for a group of 14 of us.

The food was amazing... delightful entrees, wonderful mains and amazing desserts.

I opted for the beef main which was perfectly cooked and finished off with a rich butter sauce.

We opted for the hahndorf hill blaufränkisch which paired well.

The chocolate dessert was a great way to finish... but everything is great there including their coffee.

What a treat it was to discover their driving range post meal... great way to wind down and have a few laughs.

Wonderful venue for a beautiful wedding! Excellent food, especially the vegan options provided at our table. Lovely atmosphere, fantastic staff. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service and food was amazing. Kids meals come with carrot sticks and celery (seasonal) all very healthy which is great! Very accommodating to my dad with a walker. Our setting was amazing and the whole experience top notch. Book ahead its very busy for a reason!

Absolutely superb! From the decadent food, to the service and finally the amazing ambience. Located not far from the turn off to hahndorf from the freeway nestled between rolling hills is this very well established but quaint converted cottage and vineyard. The interior of the restaurant has a warm but fanciful feel to it, with a fireplace and tasteful decorations in every room. The exterior is spectacular with a vineyard, a lake and even a few animals to be seen wondering about. Having had three courses I have to say words cannot do them justice; in terms of quality and flavours, you will not find your meal in anyway lacking. As for the staff I have to say it's wonderful being waited by the same waiter for my courses, one who had an eye for detail and was very attentive when we needed as well as polite. All and all I think your biggest disappointment in life may very well be never indulging in the woeful experience that is Maximilians Restaurant.

We sat outdoors and ordered from the Bar Menu. The food was quite tasty, and prepared and served promptly. The outdoor seating is very pleasant when the weather is sunny, and the staff were most courteous and friendly.

We went there a few times now and the food and service is always lovely. I find their 3 courses set price to be very good value and always left there full and happy. The staff is always friendly and helpful too!

David and staff where extremely friendly, accurate and offered great service, we recommend booking in advance and buying plenty of golf balls , tee off with wine and have a great laugh.

This was the first time I'd come for a meal, the outside part of the venue during the day is very nice and the indoor dining area also has the perfect atmosphere. We had the "let us feed you" option and were not disappointed at all. There were a number of memorable courses with the element of surprise making it even better. Left feeling very satisfied and enjoyed an incredible meal. Will return in the future, hope it's just as great then!

Beautiful food and excellent service by Max. We had an amazing time wine tasting next door at Saint & Scholar then lunch and a bit of golf to finish off!

Great service and Wagyu burgers, duck pate and fried cauliflower was delicious. Fun golf experience for us all. Just pricey to get the balls

I can still remember the texture and flavor of the duck liver four days after I had the lunch. The food is EXQUISITE !

Very tasty food and extensive drinks menu. A gorgeous setting for drinks overlooking the golf driving range. A good selection of GF and vego options.

It was really great! Venue is beautiful, customer service was excellent - Max and his team did an amazing job and really looked after us!

We held our wedding at Maximilian’s a couple months ago, and had the best day of our lives! We were so impressed with the venue, the service, the food, the atmosphere, and most of all Max, the venue manager, who made the whole process smooth and effortless! We are honestly so happy we chose Maximilian’s, and can’t wait to visit again, because the food did not disappoint.

We had our wedding there last weekend and it was the most perfect venue, with the best service. Our crowd was extremely rowdy and the staff remained smiley and very happy. Melissa the functions manager was also great to deal with in the lead up to the wedding and they catered to everything we requested. 10/10 and would highly recommend this as your wedding venue. The golf was also a hit with our family and friends!

We had the best Mother’s Day at Maximillians. We were lucky that we had a semi private dining room as there were 8 of us for lunch. The 8 included two fussy eaters and my very foodie parents. Every single course was absolutely delicious. They really didn’t put a foot wrong. We appreciated the fine dining service - every course was delivered by a team of waiters so our plates arrived at the same time. Next year already booked!

Service is world class, food is world class, venue is world class! Highly recommended, we had a great time.

I’ve photographed many weddings here over the years and just love the Ceremony spot, it’s such a beautiful little amphitheater style garden just off the carpark. The staff always look after vendors, supplying us with enormous and delicious meals.

Great view, delicious food, friendly service, and children friendly.
