Amazing service and timing. Felt like I was in the right place and they truly care about all their patients.

Very friendly both receptionist and Doctor. Dr. Pols was who I saw and he was fantastic. Very efficient and happy to explain things I had questions about without out question. Also I didn't feel like I was being pushed out the door as I normally feel with most doctors clinics. I would highly recommend. Only downside is no bulk billing.

I have attended this surgery for many years and seen excellent practitioners come and go. At the moment there is a fantastic blend of older experienced and younger doctors, as well as a great support staff, who make this practice one of the best. There is a real warmth when you walk in and you know that whatever ails you will be dealt with as efficiently and promptly as possible, in a caring manner. A wonderful community practice and I am so lucky to be a patient there. The gold stars are for all the practitioners and staff - they are all brilliant!

I've been on the search for a new Dr for my son after his moved interstate, this clinic was highly recommended by a friend and I can see why! Fantastic service, made my son and myself feel very welcome and the Dr was thorough and very friendly. My son chatted away to the Dr which was a great sign of him feeling comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I have made this practice my preferred practice, based on convenience and locality, I have always found the doctors to be very nice, proficient and pleasant.
The booking experience left something to be desired, but based on what must be a stressful time, my visit for my COVID booster, was efficient and uneventful, in normal times I would recommend this practice, if you can endure the grumpy reception staff.

Dr Conner is so lovely, our whole family feel very cared for. A great listener, very thorough and shows genuine care. Thank you!

It is alway very nice to visit a Doctor that always has a tune in the air and a smile on her face, not to mention her professionalism in dealing with any situation even if sometimes a little firmness is required.
I always know I will get the best up to date care that is required.
I also would like to mention the support staff they are always polite and helpful if you request further information.
No surprise I have been going to the same Doctors Clinic for possible almost 20 yrs.

My daughter had a bad fall outside the clinic and we ran in and everyone was absolutely brilliant! We got seen straight away. I was a mess and they were so reassuring and got me water and were willing to go to my car parked up the hill to get my baby bag to take to hospital. They called the ambulance all the time reassuring me and making sure I was able to contact those I needed and had all I need and stayed close by reassuring till we were transferred to the WCH. THANK YOU! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CARING TEAM!

Incredible care and time taken here to support patients. Can’t say enough about Dr Conner’s. Incredibly talented young lady. Lucky to have her treating our kids.

We absolutely love the Bridgewater Medical Clinic. All of the doctors we have seen are knowledgeable and caring and the reception staff have a lovely phone manner and are very welcoming. We especially love Dr Yuill who was very supportive during my wife’s twin pregnancy and our (now) toddlers love her! We are grateful to have found such a great family GP!

Fabulous clinic with outstanding care and attention for the patients needs. The facilities are superb, a very modern practice with a most welcoming reception. Clinpath blood taking facilities are swift and organised, a five star practice. My family has always been extremely happy with the level of care here.

Reception staff were very pleasant. Dr Connor is very thorough, attentive and goes out of her way to take the best of care. Unfortunately bulk billing is not available.

parking and consulting strategies taken to ensure my total avoidance of others. Dr even went to pharmacist and returned with prescription for me while I remained in car.
The emotional mental impact on me being treated like this has boosted my faith that there exists GPs who haven't panicked, locked doors, refused to consult unvaccinated, even by phone! As another nearby medical centre is doing.

I have been going to the above clinic now for three years and the staff and doctors are friendly, have empathy with their patients and really care. Dr Michelle Winn has always taken the time to listen to my woes and I am not rushed out of the surgery after two to three minutes as happened regularly at my previous Drs. rooms. Thankyou to all.

Lovely small clinic with a personal feel. Have been visiting since I was a kid and now my children see the Dr's there. All are thorough and informative.
