The team at Ben Buckler has been extremely helpful with all my inquiries about my Super73. Whenever I've encountered a problem, they've not only fixed it but sometimes even sent free replacement parts. I highly recommend them for anything related to E-bikes, E-skateboards, and similar products.

I recently bought a gorgeous Sea Gods Diatom iSUP. It’s my first board and I chose this brand/model because the reviews were excellent and it was sooo pretty. Looked great out this morning.
Delivery was so fast - arrived 2 days after I bought it!
And then I couldn’t find the fin so called the store. The person I spoke with FaceTimed and was going to send a replacement straight away … before we located it tucked away safely in the fin pocket inside the bag. Safe but well hidden!
Super happy with the service and delivery time. Will absolutely recommend you guys!

Went there to know more about the Super73 (as of now, the only place you can get one in Sydney). Friendly staff. Got all the details I wanted, and could even try the different models. They have a lot of accessories, and they know the product pretty well.

I purchased a Super 73 e-bike a few months ago and it is just brilliant to commute with. It's even more fun on the weekend cruising around the city and cycle paths. Drivers tend to treat me better on the road than they do on a normal push bike.
The Ben Buckler crew are so helpful. In my experience most bike store staff are condescending but it is the exact opposite here. I am not mechanically minded and needed a fair bit of explaining and hand holding and the guys were patient and very cool. I really appreciated that.
I needed a repair this week. A nail from the road puncture the tire and inner tube. The guys collected the bike from my home, repaired it the same day and kindly gave me a very generous repair fair. I'm just not going to any other bike store ever again.
Give these guys your money!
