McKinley Medical Centre

I have attended this clinic for the last 10-15 years and see Dr Marghi Di Carlo, who has always been a brilliant doctor, extremely understanding and compassionate. My mother has also been seeing her, I think for the past two decades, and has no complaints.

Reception staff have always been polite, and while it can become busy, with wait times of 30-60 minutes (at it's worst, in my experience) generally my appointments have always run on time.

Not the cheapest clinic to attend, but certainly worth the money.

Lovely staff and premesis. Had to attend today for a medical examination for work purposes. The staff are very friendly and prompt. They were super busy and all of them were managing under pressure with friendly attitudes.

The nurses and doctors here are unreal. Very welcoming and friendly all round. Waiting rooms etc are extremely clean (cleanest medical centre i have seen in a long time to be honest) and also very modern.

One nurse was getting abused and swore at from a blow in patient outside when i arrived, she handled it so well and in an extremely calm manner. I would have blown my stack if that was me. I have the upmost respect for the nurses and doctors here. Absolutely A1!

I have been attending this clinic for 30+yrs. I have always found the admin staff to be professional & courteous.
The choice of drs makes it easier for me due to the time/s I can only attend.
The new "revamped" clinic is very refreshing.

I've been a patient at this clinic for my entire 35 years and despite my regular GP recently retiring, the clinic continues to give me every reason to continue the relationship. For example, just a few nights ago I needed a copy of my entire medical history at the very end of the day. The clinic was just about to close, the doctors had vacated the premises and I had not provided notice (it wasn't a realistic expectation due to my circumstances). However, Lynn and Rita at reception surely must have broken a sweat getting this done for me ever so quickly, efficiently and professionally. A task of such a nature would not be an everyday occurrence by any means and I would think that digging through anyone's medical history - all the way back until 2002 in this particular case - would be no simple matter at the best of times. Yet the service was impeccable, despite the added inconvenience of the timing of my request.

First timer coming to this clinic and was totally impressed, clean, friendly and professional staffs. Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely spread the good words!

Fantastic Centre, great choice of experienced doctors and especially the well equiped treatment room and caring staff… highly recommend !

My family has always had excellent care here by the doctors. Receptionists go out of their way to help. They are polite and respectful. No issues recommending this place

Amazing Staff here. Nikki is great as a manager. The new facility is amazing. Doctors are very reputable and dr pallavi looks after me really well!

I have been going to Mc Kinley medical Centre for about 26 years & have been very happy with every Dr I have seen during that time. I try to see Dr Marghi Di Carlo but when she is not available I know I will be well cared for with any other Dr at this clinic. The Dr's have been well selected.
