BIG W Waverley Gardens

Boxing day sale not to busy, enjoying looking around. Got sixty points on my card, spent, very happy. Lovely service from the young man that served me.

Shopping my monthly stock of supplements on the first Tuesday of every month, good discounts & lovely sales people.

We went for house and home shopping 🛍. And we get all in one place.

The staffs are very approachable and helpful. The shelves are full of stock. And finally we found our ink for the printers after visiting 5 different Big W. Good shopping experience today! Location is connivence for someone taking bus or driving.

Love this place. There is always sales in all areas of the store, and the prices are awesome.

Also a great place to find replica school uniform clothes for the surrounding schools at a quarter of the uniform shop prices. Just get in early as they don't tend to restock the Rosewood Downs Primary uniforms after the start of the year.

A well stocked store. I find the staff helpful. I had an issue with a click and collect a few weeks back where it was meant to be delivered to the South Yarra store but ended up at this store. It was a hike to get there but it was clearly a delivery issue and not reflective of the store. The staff were apologetic even though it’s clear it wasn’t their fault.
I’m surprised by the reviews of the store where others are putting the blame on the minimum wage team members as if they have any influence on the business policy or how the Big W website works. Clearly they have never worked in retail and don’t practice common sense.

Okay, so I have never had problems here, the hard and efficient employees I truly respect and really appreciate everything they do, Big W is easy to access in the shopping centre, Big W is easy to navigate and always very clean. Overall I had a great experience.

Visited Big W while shopping at Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre. The store was full of stock and pleasant to shop in as it was easy to find what you were looking for. Staff were also very helpful when asking a question about a product. Pricing was very competitive and I would shop there again in the future. The store has an enormous range to choose from. Check this Store when at Waverley GardensShopping Centre which I rate highly as it is also an easy Centre to shop.

One of the smaller Big W's I've been into however Waverley Gardens is although an adequate size, in comparison to Fountain Gate or Chaddy it's small. That being said it's a good store. On this occasion I went in for some Manchester. Their range was only limited by the supply chain restrictions at the moment. However I walked out of there with what I wanted and spent less than expected.

Adam (man bun and plaid shirt) was very helpful, he looked high and low for a frog plushie I wanted, even offering to check out the back for me. A stellar fella.

Friendly staff, kids corner is well maintained. Some Lego products can be added and the one on the shelf was for kids 3+. Self serving machine operated well on that day.

Great service for click and collect. It looks closed but just knock on the door on the right hand side.

Low and affordable prices. Great to go here to buy something special for someone's birthday or Christmas. A wide variety of household and gardening goods, clothing, toys, bedding and kitchen appliances. Can't go wrong. If you are looking to get your Christmas shopping done then here is the place!

Always well-stocked and I love that there is an undercover car park nearby and a food court just outside.

It is very clean,bright and inviting store. Was greeted when I went in, (That's better than some stores). Big w know it's important to be nice to customers, it's good old fashioned lesson some stores do not train the staff to act on. Maybe try it ( fashion stores the new breed shops) you might get a nice surprise..without customers you don't have a job.
