Great staff know me by name ❤😊 And I mean a dozen staff know me by name! They let my 12yo assist with removing boxes as they stack shelves (as they have for 4yrs or more), and they don't get upset when he makes forts in the toilet paper storage stacks (I am the one getting upset, while they are cool 😂😇).
Seriously the friendliest shopping experience, never seen an adverse event in this store, which is a first!

The customer service here is great, even though sometimes the cashiers look at you weird when you have a bunch of groceries, the prices and service here is great. There is a selection of products and pretty good snacks. Overall I would say this particular Coles is a nice place.

I had a cast on and I couldn't reach the top shelf, so I asked for assistance with a young bloke called Jordan. He stood there patiently and helped me pick which products I wanted. Great job champ.

Affordable price range. You can basically pick most of the everyday items here.

It's always well stocked. The fruit and veggies are high quality. There's also plenty of vegan and vegetarian food. The store is always well staffed and friendly. I've never had to wait more than five minutes at a register. Coles is the best supermarket at Waverly Gardens.

Lovely friendly staff. We shop evenings because we have a busy schedule and the evening staff are super nice even though they've had a long day or shift. Kind off annoyed with inconsiderate selfish and rude customers leaving items scattered randomly or an entire shopping cart with perishables, milk and ice cream, along the aisles or shelves. Disgusting behaviour, wasting resources when there people on the other side of the world wishing they had one meal a day or if there violence in the streets would cease. My wife ends up bringing the milk back or fruits or vegetables back to where they belong. As long as the items haven't been soiled by those selfish lazy people.

Shopping in Coles Waverley Gardens is very convenient. I use their app which is helpful locating items I am searching for, a photo and the aisle number usually saves me a trip to the information desk. I never have trouble finding a car park or a trolley.

Good prices, good service, but the price of dog food, has gone up. But still happy overall, plus the specials were great.Saving was $36.16.

Friendly staff and customer service at the self checkout area always greet and friendly. Fresher fruits compared to other coles. Sometimes their, raspberry is already starting to get mold.

Great place to shop tho dissapointed no cocktail frankfurts left. Staff pleasant n helpful. Must say was dissapointed also to c they have removed the seat outside Coles. I sit there waiting for my wife. Now wat do i do.

I like this Coles. No pretenses, just happy staff doing their best to give me a good shopping experience. The bakery is great, too. Especially with Sonya there!

This Coles store is my local.The store has friendly staff, who are approachable. But it is best to go in during quiet times, this is because during peaks times it can be crowded and you may have to wait for checkout
