Finally I have found GP who is emphatically wise, listens. Dr. David has a deep understanding of the human body and I am so thankful I have found him. The clinic is nice and tidy, appointments are super easy to make!

Dr Elias Sleaby And Melissa are probably the most kind and supportive people I’ve met in a GP clinic. It’s been hard to find a clinic that I was able to feel comfortable in. Will definitely be continuing seeing Coilins GP

I had a pleasure to be looked after in this clinic recently. The doctor took a time to come to the bottom of my problem and investigate me properly. I was also pleased that the doctor runs on time and is available everyday till 6 pm, which meant I can attend doctor visits after my work hours. I highly recommend Collins GP to my family, friends and associates.
The clinic Art Deco is pleasant to look at and the music in the waiting room helps to create good atmosphere. The reception stuff is super friendly too. I noticed that service prices are fair and not as high as in other private clinics and Telehealth is still bulk billed, unlike in my local suburban area. Overall I am happy to find a reliable and accessible health provider care in the City!

I came to this centre because I was severely anaemic. It had gone on for months, despite taking an iron supplement and many visits to other doctors. The kind doctor at Collins Street saw me and gave me an iron infusion the same day, despite being booked up. I feel he may literally have saved my life. His advice on other health issues was good too. The doctors are very highly qualified. Staff were compassionate, cheerful and they took action. Recommended.

I have been attending this Clinic for nearly 7 years and find Dr Sleaby & Dr Roufael very Professional.

I booked an appointment here last minute via hotdoc and was very impressed with the service. The receptionist was polite and welcoming. Although the appointment was late by a few minutes Dr David Roufael didn't rush and was personable and courteous throughout. I'd definitely recommend them and will visit again in the future.

Having being referred by my GP on her retirement I felt immediately, upon entering GP Collins that I was in safe hands….a friendly and efficiently run clinic with minimal wait times.
Dr David Roufael is very professional and kind, he explains everything in a relaxed manner and makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

The best GP i've had in Australia. Professional, compassionate and actually give full consultations to provide the right treatment or service. I've been going here 5 years now and still really happy with GPs, Nurses and Reception. Highly recommend.

A GP who listens, has varied and extensive experience, and who I trust will give me whatever time I need anytime I visit to make sure they have covered every angle necessary is worth their weight in gold. I stumbled on Dr. David Roufael when I made an appointment with the next available doctor on hotdoc, but now he is the only GP I will see. I don't mind the few times I have had to wait a bit to see him because I know that he gives every patient - including me - however long they need, and such things can't be predicted.

Prior to attending Collins GP Medical I have always hated going to the doctor and avoid it all costs as I always felt like I was in and out in 5 minutes and charged what felt like a fortune for very little.

I was highly impressed with Dr David who took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and how he then followed up and explained my results to me.

I was also highly impressed with the presentation of the clinic and the service I received from the reception staff.

Dr David Roufael has helped me and my family enormously over the passed 5 years. He is genuine, empathetic and above all he genuinely cares about his patients. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Very professional and caring doctors and amazing nurses. I've been coming here for over a year now and Dr Elias Sleaby never disappoints. I've never had to wait longer than 15minutes and the office always calls back as soon as the blood work results come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a GP in the city.

Myself and my partner have been seeing David as our doctor for some time now and we always find him very kind and professional, and great at diagnosing any problems we have, even our family use David as their doctor when they are down from interstate. Dr. David is absolutely fantastic, highly recommend!!!!

I can only say good things about this clinic. They fit me in at short notice, bulk bill and Dr Roufael was kind, professional, compassionate and put me at ease immediately. The receptionists Margaret & Melissa deserve a massive shout out too. They are always professional and friendly, even though they are under pressure (I know what working reception is like). I can highly recommend Collins GP Medical Clinic. Very handy if you work at the Parliament end of the city. I go there all the time now. 👍🌟

Best reception Thu is amazingly best nurse, Lina is fantastic, and of course the best GP in Melbourne, Dr David Roufael. I finally have a regular GP clinic with a friendly team that is always there to support me. Can’t recommend Collins GP enough!

In my experience I went to the clinic and When I saw the Doctor he sent me to the hospital to see a specialist, If it wasn't for CollinsGP I would be in hospital by now and it would be too late for me to get treatment.

Pretty happy with my skin care routine here. Dr Maurice is outstanding. Reception staff are great and the wait times are reasonable.

I brought my Wife for a pregnancy checkup at the Collins GP with Dr David Roufael few monthsago. That's was my luck to met Dr David. He was absolutely kind and friendly. Later I myself had some health concerns and I was quoted $4000 for a specialist checkup, but after discussing with Dr Roufael, he thoughtfully managed to perform the checkup without charging a penny out of my pocket! This is not about money..that's
Humanity .deeply appreciate Dr. Roufael’s kindness and thoughtfulness to go out of his way for his patient!

Met Dr. Charles Tsag and highly impressed by his service. He not only gave the treatment, but also gave me a printed document with all the details of the issue that I'm facing and how to avoid it.

The entrance to the GP might be a bit confusing though. Other than that, can recommend the service.
