My wife was feeling very unwell outside the ezynart store the wonderful man inside was very concerned and helpful and provided me with plastic bags and tissues. Thank you so much wonderful service.

I was at this end of Bourke Street late this afternoon and as it was hot I needed a cold drink so I dropped into this EzyMart. The store was pretty clean and well stocked with the usual convenience items and treats which I resisted. The lovely guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful.

No prices on anything...why????

Kindly remind the counter that some food has expired. It is bad behavior to continue selling like this. The staff member told me that this store is an American system and we don't care about those things. I didn't understand that expired food is sold in different regions?

Wonder how this store survives.

The first time I came in looking for a specific chocolate bar. As there are no prices I had to ask the attendant. At first he told me it was $2.50. Upon paying however I noticed I was charged 16$. I was able to do a chargeback. I originally thought this was a mistake however reading the other reviews I’m starting to suspect this could be something sneaky they do on purpose.

The second time I came in looking for a phone charger. Despite the store being empty I had to wait for the attendant to finish watching the video on his phone before I could ask him to buy an iPhone charger. Without even looking at me he claimed the don’t sell them. I let him know that I was after the iPhone charger hanging on the wall behind him. He then finally looked up at me annoyed and said it would be 25$. At that point I thanked him for his time and left given how rude the interaction was.

The store must be doing incredibly well for them to care so little about actually selling actual products.

I have been in here about 5 times. Each time the staff working here is on his phone speaking in a foreign language the whole time every time even while serving me. Extremely bad service. The prices aren’t on some items which is also strange. We have to guess prices. And to top it off the food items I purchase are always stale.
I won’t be going back again.

I just left the store. Nothing with price, you need ask the person all the time. The guy said the price of a biscuit was 7, when I went to pay he charger 8,15, I asked it was wrong and he put 7,99. He said he told me wrong price. So be aware. They are no honest.

Visiting from Brisbane went here 2 times bad service from staff so not friendly. If I could give 1/2 Star I would. Don't go unless you need something. But they don't care about their bad attitude and service because they know you need something urgent. Thumbs down ezy Mart from me. Hayden. Bridby
