Kimberley Quest

This was an absolutely outstanding holiday experience. All of the crew were fantastic, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The boat was in outstanding condition and we wanted for nothing. With the jet boat and tinnies we were able to explore small creeks and inlets and were exposed to multiple, wonderful experiences including fishing, crabbing and aboriginal art. I can’t recommend Kimberley Quest highly enough.

Our 14 day adventure on the KQ exceeded all our expectations from start to finish. The crew were amazing and very accommodating to all the guests. The chef was top class and the meals were exceptional. The excursions to remote parts of the Kimberley coast by the jet boat and tinnies were an absolute highlight, along with swimming in the water holes, billabongs and fishing for Barramundi. The scenery especially the waterfalls was amazing.
Definitely this has been our trip of a life time.

I travelled on the kimberley quest 2 a few months ago and I still have not come down from the experience I had on this magical trip. And I don't think I ever will. Firstly the kimberley its self is simply a majestic beautiful place and it will blow all your expectations out the water, but if you pair it with the kimberley quest 2 and their awesome crew you'll have memories you'll take to your grave Because there is no way you'll ever forget the trip. The boat it self is very well equipped and spacious and comfortable with your own ensuite and very comfortable beds plus aircon in every room. But that's not the star of the show. The star is the crew and how they made me feel like a king! From the cleaner to the skipper they were all amazing. Nothing was ever an issue and it felt effortless and done with a smile and an attitude of making your experience the best it can be for you. I can not speak higher for all the crew..... well maybe one the chef she works so hard to provide you the most amazing food!!! And it did not matter if you have any special requirements ( like myself. Allergic to fish lol) she made the best food you could ever ask for. The fishing guilds were amazing too. It didn't matter if you were the most die-hard fisho or elderly and just wanted to have a go. They made your experience the best they could possibly do for you. I fished with all 4 and each were different in their own way and I loved each day for different reasons.
So if you have made it this far in the review do your self a massive favour and book a cruise on the kimberley quest 2 you will not be disappointed.

We had a fabulous time on the Kimberley Quest - the scenery was magnificent, the crew were excellent and the food was superb. It was a wonderful week.

An unforgettable experience in a rare and pristine part of our beautiful land of Australia! Combine this with a totally professional and committed team on our comfortable but still intimate cruise ship, great food, fantastic excursions; difficult enough to be a challenge but not so hard as to wipe us out with fatigue and a celebrity naturalist who could answer any questions we threw at him! My husband and I have been trying to figure out how to describe this 14 day trip aboard the Kimberley Quest II to our friends back home. In a word, it was EPIC. The sense of place and scenery is almost other-worldly. However, it is the people who really made the journey. The crew bent over backwards to ensure our safety and comfort; they are polite, courteous, professional and of course, are embued with the wonderful Aussie sense of humor. We enjoyed the most delicious meals prepared by Matt the chef. We highly recommend this trip and this company. Give yourself the trip of a lifetime!

Trip of a lifetime on 8 Day Southern Kimberley as a couple with friends. August 2022. We couldnt express in words the amazing places we visited, from secluded swimming holes, amazing scenery, helicopter flights, wildlife, art, fishing, mud crabbing and so much more. Our chef made every meal a gourmet delight! Every one of the staff made us feel so special and were so professional, friendly and team spirited. The office crew were great to deal with from start to finish. Looking forward to do another cruise in the future with Kimberley Quest. Thank you to all.

I could not speak highly enough of all the crew on board the Kimberley Quest. They were very friendly & made you feel welcomed & nothing was no trouble to them. They were very experienced in social & communication skills for a young crew. Tim was very knowledgeable about the area. Lauren the chief her meals were amazing! What you would expect in a fine dining restaurant. We have made so many friends on this trip & will never forget this wonderful experience. When we do another cruise to the Kimberley"s in the future, we hope to have the same crew on board who were friendly & obliging. Love the Kimberley"s!!!

I recently joined Kimberley Quest on the 4 Day / 3 Night Taste of the Kimberley. We were lucky enough to experience a scenic flight to/from Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm to join the vessel. The views along the Dampier Peninsula were spectacular and a great way to start the journey. We were welcomed aboard the vessel by the amazing crew - Jason, Sam, Mitch, Tim, Matt, Stacey and Bo. The itinerary was jam packed with excursions, including visiting Montgomery Reef, Horizontal Falls (by speedboat and optional Helicopter flight), fishing and tender expeditions and visits to fresh water swimming holes. Tim's knowledge of the region was a great complement to the journey. The food and service were fabulous. The cruise ended all too soon and left me wanting to explore more with Kimberley Quest!

The most amazing cruise. So much fun and adventure! Loved every single thing except maybe the heat. It was the end of the season so we totally understand that. Food was fantastic 😋 Crew were all very friendly and wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would love to do it all again!

A truly magnificent cruise. The Captain’s 25 years experience showed as he considered tides and weather to give us the best experience. The specially designed boat and support boats helped us have the best experiences. The staff were all magnificent, the food incredible. Small numbers made for an intimate trip.

We experienced this cruise from 28th September through 1st October and had a most memorable time. The boat was absolutely perfect for this experience and the captain , Alex and his crew were simply great. The girls , Laurel ( Cook ) , Stef. and Bo so friendly and attentive at all times and the guys, Tim, just so much knowledge, Darcy and Sam on the boats, so efficient and just great guys.
We would happily recommend this trip to anyone and we would love to do it again.

What an amazing adventure. Some of Australia's most amazing sites aboard a beautiful vessel and the perfect crew. From skipper Jason, super chef Lauren, the lovely Steph and Bo who looked after us beautifully, plus Donny our well informed guide/naturalist, crew members Darcy and Sam who kept us laughing all along the way. Alex is superfisherman. Perfect. Now to work this extra weight off !!!!!! I am in awe of the sights and these people.

Very luxurious boat and the staff were so friendly and polite. I was very impressed.

Just got back from a three week trip aboard Kimberly Quest off the coast of Western Australia ( supposedly high end small boat -18 passenges, own helicopter). Scenery amazing and had travelled with this boat before and recommended it. The company was sold to another group end of last season-we had significant problems on this trip and I would not recommend this company to anyone moving forward - for 35K for 21 days I expect a lot more. Some staff were great but the standard from others was more attuned to a youth hostel standard. There seems to be some serious misunderstanding from some of them about whose holiday it actually is.
