The Beach House at Bayside

Took a room with the spa bath for 2 nights. Absolutely loved our time here. Great hospitality. They make sure you are comfortable at all times. They even offer complimentary port wine and brownies which were homemade and super delicious! Will recommend this hotel any day!

Lovely, quaint, and delightfully charming! Great location, too (convenient while still peaceful). Most of all, the manager was an absolute legend! She had great insider tips that helped us make the most of our trip, and really looked after us. The rooms were so comfortable (the best sleep I've had in months), and the breakfast was so comforting. Excellent coffee, too! Loved the experience, and can't wait to stay again!

We were greeted on arrival by Joanne who made us a tea and coffee before giving us a map of the area as well as suggested itineraries and restaurants in the area.
A shared lounge area with treats available was great.

Very friendly staff, off road parking.

Amazing place to stay at in Albany, our "Happy Place". We have been coming to The Beach House at Bayside since 2014 and it is our favourite place to stay. The owners Sally & Craig are such wonderful people, every time we visit it is like we are staying with friends. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed at The Beach House at Bayside for our honeymoon and it was amazing. Craig and his staff were wonderful and nothing was too hard for them. Craig was most helpful in giving us recommendations for various places to eat and sights see. The room was magnificent and the homemade baked sweets every afternoon by Craig were really enjoyable. The breakfasts were excellent and Craig and staff were more than happy to accommodate our requests. I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking to stay in lovely accommodation with fantastic hospitality.

Our first stay was exactly 2 years ago and we have been back 4 times since. We LOVE it. It feels like home but without any chores - our cooking and cleaning is sorted. You couldn’t ask for more welcoming hosts. Sally and Craig are like family. No request is too hard. Although we rarely need to ask for anything because it is all there and perfect. The rooms are lovely, the afternoon tea is delicious and we literally can’t wait for breakfast - amazing. Plus the beach is a minutes walk away. It can be pretty hard to please teenage boys (we have one 12 and one 16 year old) but they are consistently sad to leave and ask us to re-book for next time when we check out. We rate the Beach House 10 out of 5. It exceeds expectations. We have booked our next stay and we can’t wait.

If you are looking for a fabulous place to stay close to many quality restaurants cafes and local attractions, plus only a five minute walk to Middleton beach then this has to be the place! It oozes quality, comfort and cleanliness from the minute you walk through the door.
The hosts Craig and Sally are also fabulous, always there to assist and provide a breakfast fit for a king!
Thank you for making our stay in November a very enjoyable experience.

Both Sally & Craig are 2 very lovely people, they made our stay so welcoming from check in to check out, going above and beyond for us. Our room was beautiful with thoughtful small touches, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast menu selection, was served super quick and was delicious. The Beach House is in a great location right next to the beach. I can not recommend The Beach House enough! Will be back for sure.

Craig and Sally went to every effort to ensure our stay was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt as if we had our own butler!! The bedrooms were serviced daily and the breakfasts were literally the best we've ever eaten. Thanks for an unforgettable trip:)

Had four nights and the service was excellent. From the moment we checked in Craig gave us amazing information on Albany and places to eat so helpful. Then when we arrived back to room had the most amazing afternoon tea just delicious. Following by a fantastic breakfast the next morning. Would highly recommend here as Craig and Sally are amazing hosts and run a terrific business we definitely will be back. Thanks for an wonderful stay xx

The Beach House location is a ten minute walk from Middleton Beach where you can wander amongst the shells at low tide. It is quiet and very comfortable but still close to town and all the major attractions that are must see in and around Albany. Sally & Craig are wonderful hosts and their breakfast is a highlight. All the staff are friendly and helpful and happy to share their knowledge of the area. If you are planning to visit Albany this is the place to stay. We had great fun and met some delightful fellow travellers as well.

Can I say this was the find of our trip to south west WA? Craig and Sally are the finest, warmest and most helpful owners we’ve ever met. They go above and beyond to inform you of everything Albany has to offer and you feel as if every need is thought of. Just love you both! They even offered to do our washing!

The breakfasts are also fantastic. Craig is a great chef and the spread was more than adequate. It’s rare to find accomm that does breakfasts anymore.

Wonderful accommodation close to Middleton Beach but did find the fact it is out of town means you’re doing a bit more driving than you might like.

We can’t wait to stay again.

Wow I can’t speak highly enough of this place. What a wonderful experience my partner and I had at The Beach House at Bayside! The room was elegant and well appointed. We spent many hours in our room as it was too hard to leave - especially the spa!
We felt completely relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed after our stay. Sally, Craig and the amazing staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and content. We will definitely be back!

Sally and Craig have been helpful, professional and welcoming. The room is large, clean, cosy, with reverse cycle air conditioning and a spa. The rooms are separate from each other and away from the main house, which is modern and quaint. I love the cottage feel. The alfresco area is devine and there is plenty of parking.

What a great place to stay! Sally and Craig were enthusiastic and gracious hosts and the accommodation was luxurious, down to delicious breakfasts and homemade afternoon tea treats! Everything we needed was there, and more besides. Great location from which to explore Albany and for lovely Middleton beach.
