Akira Sushi is a Japanese restaurant that I had the pleasure of visiting recently. I tried the Chirashi Don, which was as beautiful to look at as it was delicious to eat. The generous portions of fresh, high-quality fish were perfectly complemented by the rice and other toppings, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that truly delighted the palate. It was clear that the kitchen team put great care and attention into every dish they served, with each one being a work of art in its own right. I enjoyed my meal.

Love this place! Tasty authentic Japanese, made with fresh produce. Their sushi rolls are to die for, yummy bento boxes full of all sorts of treats and heart warming miso. Their sashimi is fresh and melts in your mouth. To top it off, they have great service and their prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend this place!

Every time I'm in Sydney for work this is the first place I go for dinner and the last place I go. The food is fast and sensational, the service is impeccable this place is well worth the visit. I ussually go for the Katsu Curry because I'm a curry fiend! But I have also dabbled in the sushi and steam pork bun options. Check this place out if you love your Japanese.

Probably the best meal of our Sydney trip. I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and tasty the salmon sushi was. The chicken katsu bento was also delicious.

Absolutely delicious Japanese food and a beautiful restaurant. Try the sushi nigiri mixed platter - they added a hint of yuzu which was a delicious twist!
Also, the purple potato croquette’s were my favourite!

Great value bento boxes at $19.90 which includes miso soup. We ordered teriyaki salmon and teriyaki chicken bento boxes. Bento boxes comes with a cake also which you can see from the photo. Like the fact that you can book table online also.

6 times I’ve been here and ordered different meals each time for 5pf the times. Now I know exactly what I like and love it. The food comes out fast and fresh. The price is reasonable and the service is efficient. If your after smiles don’t bother but the taste, speed and freshness make up for that!!

Our go to Japanese restaurant in Chatswood. Great variety but often go for the bento boxes which are always great quality and reasonable value for money. Food is served reasonably fast.

Had a great experience here tonight! Asked if they could make up some raw tuna avo sushi with spicy mayo since i was having a craving (not on the menu) and they were so accommodating and made it up for me.
Super fast service, lovely wine with the sushi, will definitely be back!

We really like Akira Sushi. The new menu is very creative and is a great take on traditional Japanese with a modern twist. The pricing is reasonable. The ambiance is great and you never feel crowded. We look forward to going back to this place soon.
