Acclaim Rose Gardens Beachside Holiday Park

We absolutely loved our time here. We came for 5 days and stayed for 10 days. The park backs right on to the bay at Emu Point and Middleton Beach. You can have your dogs off lead at Middleton Beach but not allowed at Emu Point. It's only about 8km to Albany for all your shopping and dining requirements.

The park is well maintained, but must mention that there are a lot of small holes all around the grounds from rabbits. Unfortunately, the Council is very slack in tending to the problem in the entire area.

Apart from that, the park is pet friendly, has a play area for kids, the camp kitchen and amenities were very clean and the sites are pretty spacious. Some sites have slabs whilst others have a bit of grass or sand but all looked reasonably level.

It's right next door to the Big 4 but a lot cheaper as it doesn't have all the pools and slides etc for the kids, but as grey nomads, we don't need that nor the noise.

We would certainly recommend this park, which has very friendly and obliging staff, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Very friendly and hard working reception, nice shower facilities, clean kitchen cleaned twice daily, very good location and a quiet site. What else can one ask for? Highly recommended!

We stayed 5 nights in our caravan with 2 kids and 2 dogs. We had a prime site with beautiful views only a few meters from the ocean. The site was nice and large with plenty of space to fit our 4wd and 24ft caravan. The park was nice and quiet with noise always being kept to a minimum and Other campers anlways friendly and respectful. Although it was quite cold during our stay at night the days seemed to warm up and the sun was lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The amenity blocks were kept very clean as was the rest of the park. There were a few things we noticed during our stay like some pot holes in the roads within the park, but these were fixed during the stay by the staff. At night the stars were magnificent and there were even a few fury friends that bounced around (rabbits). My family enjoyed our stay and we will for sure be back!

We have stayed at this caravan park twice now and really enjoyed our stay both times. Yes it's an older caravan park but it's in an amazing location. The toilet blocks are cleaned regularly but some of the guests could do with a lesson in hygiene. People seem to forget how to clean up after themselves to make it pleasant for others! The missing swimming pool is called the ocean. Emu Point is a short stroll away where there is a lovely shallow beach in front of the cafe. We've booked again for December this year. Dog friendly too.

Having stayed at the park for the first time I had a very enjoyable experience and good company in the park. The only area I could see the park needs to do is more attention to detail in cleaning the showers and toilets, otherwise the park was very well looked after.

We have had a lovely stay here and it's right near the beach. Even though there are a lot of vans in here it is a nice quiet caravan park. The amenities are excellent, new and modern as well as very clean with lovely hot water showers. Laundry is great but could do with more than one clothes dryer. Highly recommend this park - sharing some of the views on the water right near the park. Not far from town

Loved our stay here, we were able to take our pick of the available campsites, the kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. All the staff were really friendly and super helpful. The campsite is a really easy walk to the beach with easy access and a nice quiet swim spot for the kids. Pet friendly so our family dog was able to stay and play with us. Rock sea wall allows plenty of space to fish with kids and there is heaps of good pathways to scooter/bicycle/skateboard. Walking distance to Emu Point foreshore which has a cafe, playground and another good swimming beach.

Lovely caravan park with clean amenities and in a lovely area

Well-maintained and great location. Facing the emu point and direct access to the beach (a short walk to beach entrance). Great sunset time too.
Close to the popular Emu Point cafe as well.
Big grass area for kids to play. Children playground and entertainment room was good in rainy/cold days.
The shower and toilet is the best among other caravan park we’ve ever been.

We camped here for a night. Great facilities, clean and nice and quiet. Excellent location.

We had a mixed sand and grass spot very near to one of the camp kitchens (which was incredibly clean and tidy). Our visit was mid February so the holiday rush had died down and as summery as Albany gets. The park seems to have a large population of long term residents and the property is set up predominantly for trailers and retirement vehicles. Old but clean facilities in most places with some new facilities in the works it seems.

Incredibly friendly staff who were kind enough to help me out on two separate occasions - most recently finding a space for my tent on a fully booked site for an extra night.

Beautiful spot right down on the waterfront. Bathrooms and facilities are cleaned regularly. Quick 500m walk to Emu Point Cafe for breaky with a gorgeous water view 👌

2nd stay and will keep coming back.

We read the reviews and were a little worried but this was a GREAT spot. Staff are friendly and helpful and they have a new toilet block. Great location too.
We definitely would recommend.

Great Caravan Park to stay at. New showers, toilets and Laundry. Two amenity blocks in the park. Sites are very spacious. Dogs are allowed. Owners very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Would stay here again.

Park is clean. But do not ask for beach side. These really are not beach side there are cabins in front of you and the area is a lot dryer. The other camps looked far better.

Love this caravan park with such amazing views. Ablutions are great and very clean. Has a dump point which is handy. Management and staff very friendly. Will enjoy our two weeks and will definitely return.
