Playwith Hair

Ordered a hair peice for my wife costing over $600. It's coming up on 2 months since we have ordered and they aren't responding to emails, phone calls, voicemail messages or website messages. All we want to know is what's happening.

Tim has since emailed me and explained what's happened. He also made it his priority to get our concerns addressed and has gone above and beyond to do so at his cost! That's customer service right there and all you can ask for! I would have deleted the earlier verbatim but I think it's important to know when a business comes through and not only answers a concern but then does what they can to address it completely.

I am posting this on behalf on my mum (Mary) who has recently purchased from Tim at Playwith Hair, and let me tell you...I will be rushing to buy quite a few wigs from Tim myself! His huge selection of wigs is AMAZING, and personal, attentive and kind service is BEYOND INCREDIBLE!! She is already shopping for more wigs from his store. She and I had started "wig hunting" a few weeks ago as part of mum's "pick me up makeover" due to her hair loss from being very ill for quite some time. She always had a TON of hair so the sudden and rapid loss has been very depressing for her. After all our research I decided it would be an awesome way to have a few different looks myself AND a great way to cut down on "hair prep time" in my morning rush for work. This company is Perth based however, don't let that put you off! You will get your products in a blink of an eye lol no word of a lie... they might be the furthest state in our country but they have the fastest delivery service than our other states!
This company has a fantastic range of wigs in all varieties, shapes and sizes, whether you wear it everyday or just for fun. I myself wear a wig everyday except if I'm at home.

I was on the hunt for a specific wig which i found on the site and was in direct contact with the owner asking to provide me with more photos to make sure it was exactly what i was looking for because i have ordered cheaper wigs and have been disappointed in the past. He was super friendly and helpful replying straight away with more photos and extra information! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had all the info i needed. I searched high and low for the one stop wigs and products shop, and I have found it with Play With Hair. My love of Play With Hair began after the arrival of my first wig purchase, it was exactly as pictured and described. I also took their written advice to make sure I choose what I know will suit me. I made my first purchase and I haven't looked back since. Now I have five in total from brunette, red to blonde. Their styling products are great too of which I've purchased as well.
I know I can confidently purchase excellent quality wigs in the most coolest awesome styles.
My friends have seen me and are blown away how natural and real each one looks on me. To be specific my purchases have been very impressive realistic looking synthetic wigs.

Now I can truly say that I have been ordering wigs for my alopecia for many years and it has been on the very rare occasion that I get to speak with somebody who genuinely goes out of the way and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Sarah made the effort to photograph and email to me the various colours I was interested in, in natural sunlight. This is a great website! huge selection of wigs of different colors, styles, and for every occasion. I ordered a wig for a costume party and it arrived on time, great quality and just as seen in the photos on the website. The business owner is very friendly and responds to questions promptly.. as well as gives awesome tips. Definitely recommend it!

Where do I start - I ordered a nice blonde wig from Tim early on this year - received the wig earlier than expected (WOW). Tried it on and unfortunately the wig color didn't suit me ( it was a tad too warm for my complexion).

I contacted Tim who quickly organised a exchange and offered a suitable one to match me. I received the new wig and I am sooooo much happier with the choice that he made for me. Well Done <3
