Coles Bassendean

Ran in to collect some things for dinner. In my haste I misplaced my phone. I panicked and asked a lovely floor staff lady who helped me look about for it. No luck. She sends me the front desk where it has been handed in. My goodness what a lucky day. The staff were just delightful. I love Coles Bassendean.

Just wanted to say the lady at the cigarette counter and a lady by the name of Tracy went above and beyond today helping me as I called to see if they had a Curtis stone grill pan and they did and put it aside for me been hunting and looking 👀 for one everywhere , thank you to the wonderful staff

I prefer this supermarket over midland gate. It's quieter and better for my autism. It has a very good range of products and the staff are lovely and helpful.

Had a really nice man bring my items out to my car for click and collect and even put the bags into my car for me. Appreciate it

A huge thank you to all staff for their efforts over Xmas. Everyone helpful and cheerful. Special thanks to the young girl on checkout who took the time to give me a Xmas hug. Also to all Deli staff who were run off their feet serving delicious seafood. Deli food display the best. Also spectacular fresh produce and display was amazing. Merry Xmas all.

I got all my needs easily, layout is similar as the other shops, but the parking design is so convenient. Forgot my repellent for the Telethon cinema, but the cheaper one last 6 hours were all gone, lucky the 4 hours non fragrant one is not that expensive.

Karen,my wonderful checkout person,noticed I was having back pain,so not only packed my bags,but loaded them into the trolley making sure they weren't heavy for me to handle when I got home. Thanks Karen,it was very much appreciated.

Lots of sales even in meat, so if U want to save this Coles branch is worth a visit, staff are nice and lots of choices, even after U go out from Coles lots of shops around so it's really good

I have spoken to 3 different staff regarding a query I have and found each person very pleasant and helpfully. Happy to go out of their way to help me. I am very impressed!

Good place to shop nice and quiet

A nice Coles with plenty of stock and a good buys section always have a manned check out available and when the lines for the manned check out get too long open a second manned check out quite quickly in my experience quite lovely and accommodating staff as well

This store is always clean and well presented. It's a larger Coles, so they have an excellent range. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Best service from my self convenience

Shout out to Kira who went above and beyond her customer services today. Made sure my blind daughter was looked after and safe by calling parents to come pick her up as phone battery died. Offered to pay for an Uber which never showed up. Thank you and may good Karma follow you throughout life's journey.

Recently I had a seniors moment and left $100 cash withdrawal at a self -service checkout ,when I realised 30minutes later I rang back and after identifying myself etc. the manager assured me they were holding the cash for me.You can imagine how relieved I was and warmly thanked the helpful self-checkout man .I guess no robot could have handled that as good as the self-checkout advisor did. p.s. he was a mature age employee and I'm very grateful.
