The principle family lawyer here, Brendan Herbert is just so professional and his team is great. He responds really promptly, which is great considering how stressful family law matters often are, and is always sensitive, compassionate and supportive.

Many friends and relatives said I needed a really GOOD lawyer.

Very Helpful & did what we required

Law firm with good service

Ignored my instructions and purposely stood in the way of an outcome, simply in order to make themselves more money. 'My' lawyer is currently working on stealing Christmas. I'm writing up a formal complaint about her pathetic efforts and what they have cost me. I would never recommend using this firm. More of a problem than the original issues.

Costs are too high, far outweighs the benefits. From initial consultation and anytime thereafter. Their accounts team have no empathy. Get sent an invoice and 1 day later receive a call for outstanding payment. Utter disbelief.

Absolutely terrible firm. I am lodging a complaint with VLSBC to get them off my back.

No more to say, other than to re-iterate - you are better off properly research which firm to use.

I did not have a good experience with this group. They are experts at sneaking in costs and a simple task that they did for me cost 500% what my regular solicitor would charge.

Very very bad experience when contacting this firm. The receptionist is useless and shows no respect to people. I really don't recommend this firm beacuse of their poor service.
