Got my AC compressor replaced and system fixed, fair price and all done in a few hours, thanks guys

The team at automasters were so helpful, my radiator hose started leaking whilst driving down the freeway, I pulled in and called the guys, they said drop it in and we will look at it now. They fixed the radiator within 24hrs and I was back on the road able to work again. Very friendly and efficient staff, from the receptionist to the mechanic. Thanks

Got my aircon regased here and was so impressed with the customer service and reasonable price. The man who served me was friendly and told me ahead of time if the cylinders were corroded I’d have to pay a bit more. When I came to pick up the car he told me they were fine and I only needed to pay the original price. I thanked him for his honesty. The aircon is back to being icy cold. Very happy and would use these guys again.

We received excellent customer service from Caleb when taking my mum’s car in for a service. There was a misunderstanding in regard to some of the charges & Caleb rectified the issue with a very satisfactory outcome. As a result of the service received, I will w returning to Automasters & have booked in a service for my car this week.

Had service done and came back with a massive list of things wrong..including saying that I needed a new battery...had second option and the mechanic showed me that their was nothing wrong expect for a centre bearing and senor issue in the steering column that needed reprogrammed...Lost all faith as clearly trying to rip me off....said that tire rod's gone and front/rear bushes all gone and said it would cost $750 to do the rear bushes..no cracks or damaged bushes..battery is only 2 years old and tested fine, no leaking rocker cover...I'm a solo parent and struggle with the expense of maintaining a car and can't afford unnecessary costs...Warning to customers to make sure work needs doing before giving the go ahead...Could of cost me over a grand for nothing....
Update: Chad from Auto Masters called me and we organised a meeting to look at the report together and go over the car. Everything they had reported was right (which was pointed out to me ). From there he organised it for the next day to get sorted. Was upset that I had been mislead repairs first hand I felt bad for Auto Master's as the other mechanic clearly was lying to me. Happy with the end result and really wanted to up-date my comment.

Friendly and professional staff. Came in with a suspension and starter engine issues to be looked at, and left with a quote for starter, advise on suspension issue which is pretty much no action required, and was not hard-sold anything. Hassle free experience, swift process. Will be back.

booked my car in for a service and was very happy with my experience, they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and spoke to me about a few items of concern and gave their recommendations on what they said should take priority in doing, they were very honest and straightforward and explained why things needed to get done and broke down the price for me, I have nothing but trust in these guys and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Thorough inspection and report. Many problems were picked up and dealt with, but only after we'd discussed the work required and agreed to the expected cost.
