Hacienda Pharmacy (Alliance Pharmacy)

I visited whilst on holiday recently and found them very reliable for scripts and advice, lovely staff here.

After having an unpleasant experience with a pharmacist a short distance from this pharmacy, the lovely lady at Hacienda calmed me, quickly understood what I needed, and within 2 minutes had sorted everything out.
As a traveller, your interactions with locals can sometimes make or break (rightly or wrongly) your view of a town. The lady at Hacienda reinforced my positive view of Albany, with the other pharmacist clearly an anomaly.

I love going here as the service is first class, friendly with everything that I need and things I didn't realise I needed. The staff are really helpful and know their products.

Great service

They gave me the someone else’s script instead of mine. I didn’t discover this until I had driven home (120km). They didn’t seem over concerned about this mistake which could have been catastrophic. At no stage did they apologise for their mistake.
