Both my husband and I have been very impressed by the lovely staff at this pharmacy. Many times they have been so busy but handle some disgruntled customers with the utmost professionalism.... There are a lot of elderly and young very ill people who come in for their prescriptions so when some impatient rude customers demand instant service (which we have witnessed many times) the staff have been brilliant and handle these people so well. We highly recommend this pharmacy because of the wonderful service given and the care that the staff show towards you. 5 stars from us ~ well done and congratulations on running a fantastic pharmacy!

I've recently started with Bemont Family Pharmacy. They already know my name, greet me by name and have a fantastic customer service.
I am not a number or client, I am a welcome customer with whom they wish to interact with.
I get my weekly meds from them in a Webster pack and have an account I pay regularly into! In a moment of high stress levels, I had an epileptic episode. I fell.
They ensured that I was safe and rested and able to go home on my own behalf. I know that I can rest assured that if I have another episode at any of the stores, they will set aside everything to ensure that I'm ok. I REALLY appreciated that!! Better than going to the Dr, I would have had to wait!!2🙄🙄🙄🤔🤔🤔

This wonderful Pharmacy, Fatima, Mikhal & the gorgeous customer service young lady! This Pharmacy is the best Pharmacy in WESTERN AUSTRALIA!
Every time I have attended the Pharmacy everyone of the staff is so friendly, courteous and do everything within their power to dispense the prescriptions so fast!
They are so busy but do not forget to explain any adverse reactions to any new medications.
I am also amazed at the great range of other items in the store. All of are terrific value! I can confirm this as I have recently moved from the Pilbara to a large farm near Perth.
