I went there to buy something that was out of stock. I met one of bunnings team member name Isenia, I asked her for help. She were such nice person and went out her way extra mile to help me out. Thank you.

This bunnings has the best employer, Steven Brown is a bloody legend! He went above and beyond to help me this afternoon. My baby was cranky, my kids were hypo and Steven stuck with me to help me get what was needed. He was great with the kids and the world needs more people like him. I hope you get to read this one day. I was having a really bad day but you really made my afternoon better, thank you.

Needed multiple heavy items and a bloke named John dropped what he was doing, and helped me. He grabbed the right trolley, loaded up everything on to it, directed me to the fastest cashier, and helped load up everything into the car. The car is full. The process took faster than 10mins but what a first class service! Thank you so much for the friendly smile and the willingness to offer to help the extra mile. Well done HR for hiring him!

Bunnings Belmont is extremely well stocked! I believe you can build a home just from shopping here alone!

I visited this particular depot as I needed a few tools and items, fixing my new family home.

I did not have to go anywhere else to find what I was looking for. It is the one stop shop for everything you need to do home and gardening repairs and or fixtures.

The customer service was on point and very helpful. I was well guided and the prices were more reasonable than I thought!

They have a play area for those that have little ones and a coffee shop for those that just want to relax for a little a bit while they do their shopping or after.

We visit here quite often, and they always have what we're looking for. Staff are pretty friendly and helpful.

Plenty of parking with easy access into the store.

I love shopping here because my dog can come with. She walks around collecting pats and ooos and ahhs from staff that are inclined.

Would like to say a huge thank you to Estelle who works in the cafe. She is hard working and always considers my client who has had a stroke and doubles the cup insulation so he doesn't burn himself. Thank you so much Estelle.

Bunnings is always helpful, you can get whatever you need. You can even build a home from Bunnings.
When I need anything , just come Bunnings , maybe it’s sold out, just go to another Bunnings and get it.

Always love going back there, even when I don’t have to (guilty) staff is helpful. Not always easy to find them but when you do they are very very helpful. Clean, organised and Bunnings mobile app made finding things easy as pie 🥧

Staff are brilliant - helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble especially staff members like Yvonne who is either in the garden centre on the self-serve checkouts… Just so friendly and helpful! Several others also who are regulars instore and clearly enjoy their job & helping people.

The general tone in the store is a happy one… a joy to visit!

There are one or two exceptions, but that’s life… The woman in special orders however deserves special mention… whilst very knowledgeable she has been there too long & become complacent, is very unfriendly unlike other members of staff…

Service was top notch by a very tall young staff! Should have gotten his name! I went in with an idea for a DIY project but the staff gave me mind-blowing ideas that helped me save money. Best service award goes to him!

Had a very positive experience with the staff the other day, when we needed some large poles delivered and the website gave us inaccurate prices. Sam helped us brainstorm and test out a few different possible solutions, and Cath was great with organising an accurate quote and delivery, even at the end of her shift.

Visited Belmont today to get a rug and the only one available was display stock so, reluctantly, I purchased but I had to go back into store and Molly and Yvonne (Team Members) had found a brand new item for me and said they would exchange it for me.

Josh has great customer service with products that he is not familiar with. My husband and I enjoyed having a good laugh with josh, whilst looking for a outdoor heater. Employee's also stated he is a great bloke, I'd like to recommend Josh for the employee of the month. Thank you for your services
