Amcal+ Pharmacy Albany

Spoke to the pharmacist John Pork. Was a really nice lad. Porked me through all the options of medications while I was suffering from the swine flu.

I am saddened and surprised to see negative reviews for this Pharmacy. My own experience has been wonderful - repeatedly! They always take care of me, they're helpful with any questions or dilemmas I might have and always offer me well-informed advice. I visit this Pharmacy for all my medical needs & if they don't have it in stock when I ask, they are happy to order it in for me.
The times we see ourselves in right now are hard, items we took for granted before to be at hand immediately aren't always. This Pharmacy does its absolute best to assist in every regard & it is for this reason as well as the fact the Owner & his Staff are absolutely fantastic that I am a loyal client & go nowhere but here.
They've earned 5 stars, my gratitude, respect & appreciation.

Fantastic customer service. I was looking for flight socks, which unfortunately they didn't have stock. However, as we weren't from Albany, the lady who served us rang 4 local pharmacies on my behalf, trying to locate the product for me. This lady went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. She managed to locate some at another local pharmacy, and gave me the details. This saved myself a lot of running around in an unfamiliar place. Thank you. Highly Recomend.

Excellent pharmacy so spacious, wide variety of stock and open late every day. So glad they have sanitising station and ensure masks are worn by everyone coming in - keeping us all safe.

Brilliant considering they are the only chemist in Albany to open extended hrs and Sunday's when you need scripts or medicine. Staff have always been helpful and polite. They also do ear piercing for around $20. :)

Wonderful service always great seeing Ben and the team, best chemist in Albany. They know there regulars and treat them like family. Thank you Amcal family for all your great service 🙏

Amazing range, the new young man at the back counter is a great addition to the team. Good to see them hiring some men for a change :)
