Barbara Fretz has taken me on some powerful and rewarding journeys. Mind you, these haven't been travels with a suitcase and maps. Rather, she’s introduced me to the wonders of hypnotherapy and a host of other techniques and strategies to help me navigate this incredibly complicated universe which we now inhabit.

I’ve had one-on-one sessions with Barbara, and I’ve participated in group sessions that she’s facilitated. I’ve found Barbara to be accomplished, empathetic, professional and highly effective in her delivery of services. I always look forward to my ‘travels with Barbara’ and to finding out where the journey will take me.

A Truly Amazing Experience.
I commenced Hypnotherapy sessions with Barbara in the early summer of 2021. Feeling a little unsure and apprehensive to begin with, Barbara's approach made me feel very safe and totally relaxed. Taking the time to concentrate on my breathing and allowing all the negative energy to release from my mind and body, placed me in a very deep state of total relaxation. The feeling of letting go felt so good, enabling me to focus and concentrate on what's important in my life and working towards positive change.

I took part in Barbara's study about how hypnotherapy can help to diminish and eliminate the menopause effects. I must say that it worked out very well for me!! my hot flashes have reduced and my sleep problems have been minimised. Barbara listens and evaluates each woman's symptoms adapting each session to the progress. She takes care of you, in all aspect of this season, where we are :) Highly recommend!!!! Menopause season is the opportunity to be yourself, take time for you and live your life!!!!!
