Priceline Pharmacy Eastgardens

Wanting to give a shout out to Lia, my parents came in on Monday 22nd and you really went above and beyond to assist! I wanted to thank you so much, as items can be quite sensitive/personal especially after going through a recent operation… you really made them comfortable. I really hope ur management team gives you the recognition u deserve.

Katy and Natalia pierced my sisters ears the other day. Katy stayed back after her shift just so she could ensure my sister could have them both done at the same time. Both of the girls were so lovely.

Great experience recently. Was served by a girl with pink hair. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She also reminded me about my rewards card and I had a voucher to spend so that was a great bonus!

Staff are absolutely amazing in this store.. can’t do enough to help. A prime example was I came here on Saturday evening as they had shut their doors, I knocked on the window seeking guidance as my daughter had a rash on her tummy.. they allowed me to come in and got the pharmacist to look at the rash and she gave me cream for the weekend.. amazing team .. love you guys would totally use you again and recommend to others to use the store.. thank u :)

I had a great experience here today and yesterday. The same lady named Rimona i think, she served me and helped me find some great products with her recommendation. She listened to what I wanted and guided me to good skincare products and she served me in the counter as well. Amazing Customer Service, Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be visiting this store again.

Super friendly staff! Very positive and helpful when it came to asking questions. The pharmacy part seems very efficient as my scripts were finished very quickly unlike other places in the area. and the blonde girl behind the counter was extremely helpful!

Friendly staff excellent service

This is quite possibly one of the worst priceline there is..its very unfortunate because when it was upstairs in the centre it was amazing. The best.. but since moving downstairs it's terrible. It too small and everyone is squished in, there is no where to move and when there is a stack of people at the registers, they are all lining up in the aisles and you cannt see anything. Stock levels are always low and they just don't have the brands and basically never have what you need. Browsing is impossible as the store is so crowded and with everyone bumping into each other too much of a headache to even try. Staff are always on top of each other and seem stressed and a couple of days when I attemped to get something a bunch of them were in the back room screaming at each other so the whole store could hear them fighting.
I used to love just popping into priceline at eastgardens when I was there just to have a look and end up coming out with heaps, now I don't even bother unless I have to and its always a disaster

Staff at the registers don’t seem to care about customers, always looking bored and disinterested, chatting while a line forms and no-one is served. Early am I ever asked my Priceline member card - when I do mention it they pretend to put it in but never actually connect the purchase to my account. I use the online history tracker to see what products I buy so I can repurchase when they run out. Cannot do this when my account isn’t connected!

I was sold a tester and when unable to return to Eastgardens store, had to return to another store and was not given a refund. The only saving grace is the Pharmacists. However the Centre has many more pharmacy’s with better service and products.

A disappointing service all up, after almost a decade of loyalty I will be shopping elsewhere
