Bought a clock radio. Later I discovered it was FM only. I wanted AM/FM. I returned the product and they gave me a a full refund. I’ll certainly shop there again.

Decent shop, not the largest jb but it's always been here and reliable for electronics. Good range of games yeah and laptops on display

I have purchased afew items from them. (Namely a monitor, keyboard mouse combo and a headset.)
The keyboard and mouse I bought had some issues and was under warranty.
When I went to have it replaced, the process was smooth and easy. Staff were very helpful.
I'll definitely be back to buy more stuff if I need to, they have given me the peace of mind that the issues won't be brushed off/ignored.

I had a product that I bought a good year and a bit ago that I didn’t have receipts for! Just had the original box. A guy named Jed sorted me out, pulled the bill up from the system, got me a refund and also gave me a good deal on a new product. What a legend! Hassle free and was sorted out in 10 mins.

I came to the store yesterday to purchase my iPhone and Apple Watch. I received excellent service from staff name Sienna. She not only brought for me the products that I wanted quickly, but also found for me the accessories to use with my phone. She also helped me to do the screen protection for my phone. Very helpful staff. However, stock levels need to be monitored better as I spent 30 minutes working out which Conference Call Headset to purchase but when at the cashiers to pay, was told that they were out of stock of that product. If it is out of stock, don't have them on shelves with the box labelled, 'Take this box to cashiers to purchase'

The customer service at this venue is next-level. The customer service rep, Jed, was as charasmatic as he was helpful. He helped me find the perfect keyboard - the very keyboard I am writing this review with.

Came in to buy Hogwarts Legacy and served by Thomas, fantastic service and amazing attitude really knows how to look after customers. What a legend.

I called Eastgardens for availibity in stock for a phone and Bob kindly put it on hold for me. When I went to the store he gave me advice on which phone was best out of my choices. I appreciate his operational excellence and customer service and I am grateful for the assistance he gave me since I'm such an indecisive person!

Nice, sterile atmosphere. Hypnotically Caucasian. The Ue Booms are strikingly overpriced and at the same time very easy to steal: another of God's little tests.

No matter what you will get the best customer experience here. Everyone is so friendly and humble that sometimes I just go there only to check new tech stuff not necessarily for buying stuff.

I went in looking for a pair of Bluetooth headphones top replace an old pair that broke. I went in, certain that i knew what brand and model i wanted and the sales assistant did a great job at figuring out what i wanted them for and suggesting a better (and slightly cheaper) alternative.

I never felt pressured into choosing his suggestion, but decided to go with his advice and they ended up being better for my purposes than the ones i went i for.

A much better experience than I've had at other tech stores and I would recommend this store over any in the city centre if you're in the area.

Excellent post sale customer service experience, in particular from store manager Ashley. I encountered some technical difficulties with my purchase (unrelated to JB Hi Fi) and Ashley went above and beyond the scope of her duties to help me resolve these issues. As a customer, I am highly satisfied with this degree of post sale customer care and am very grateful to Ashley and her team.
