This facility is one of the worst aged care facility. It was my first night shift . There is a RN . His name is Nasir. He didn’t explain me anything regarding the residents. I was new over there. Other staff members told me little bit regarding the residents. The RN came to me and started to show aggressive behaviour towards me without any reason . Even , he started to abuse me which is not allowed according to Australian rules. I left the facility because I can’t work under this pressure. He is one of the worst RN I ever saw . Even there was two residents and staff members were complaining regarding his rude behaviour. I don’t understand why this facility hire such kind of RN.
