I dealt with Michael/ Dan and Jacqaline . Michael was extremely knowledgeable; friendly and didn't push the sale in any way. When I flew down from Sydney; I was picked up at the airport by an extremely talented up and comer (and I wish I could remember his name!); and from then on I was out of the store in about 30 min on my way back. Everything was so easy - would highly recommend them.

Ethan truly is the best- Although I have not met him personally because I live interstate (Tasmania), he has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past 3 weeks. He has diligently responded to all of my questions was very open and honest ,addressed my concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect.

Ethan has been nothing short of extremely professional and I will be referring family who live in the Albury - Wodonga area to him, despite the fact he is out of state , I definitely recommend Ethan at BLACKLOCKS LAVINGTON.

I've bought 2 cars from Michael at the Lavington branch. My dealings have been good. Very obliging staff organising test drives, answering questions, accommodating my needs juggling 3 children during the last purchase. The latter was so helpful and made me feel like a valued customer.

I live 700 kms from the dealership , mick made the experience so easy , I drove down traded in my old car , i was litterally in the dealership less than 20mins driving out with my new car . Mick made sure I had new tyres full service ! Can't recommend mick or the dealership enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Blacklocks team. Andrew as my Sales Manager went above and beyond to ensure my new car was everything it looked to be online. Given I live too far away to of seen the car in real life I bought my BMW without taking it for a test drive first. Andrew kept in constant contact with me while the progress of my finance took place and was extremely professional and patient with my thousand questions!

Excellent service - Dmax 2019 due 75k service . Requested 2 timing belts and brake check. All done and courtesy vehicle came and picked us up upon request. Car was washed well - best Isuzu dealer and service on our trip around Australia
