Great service and great people,had an issue with our fridge not working on gas.service dept looked at it straight away,but couldn't fix it on the spot,no part for it,3weeks later and now can't recommend highly enough getting the part we are now repaired ,and ready to go again.thank you everyone at Jayco Albury,from spare parts to service dept,

Needed parts for our van whilst we were away, the team in the parts shop were ultra helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with.11/10 for customer service. What wasn't available in store, or we couldn't make a decision on immediately, they pointed us in the right direction. Thank you

n @ Jayco Albury and at short notice and 3 days b4 Easter holidays he slotted me in....Jamie the technician sorted the issue in a few minutes and was charged just $35. Excellent service and the gentleman at the service counter was very helpful....great job guys

Amazingly responsive service from the Service & Repair dept at a moments notice, we had an incident in Goulburn that wiped out our rear Awning Brackets and after some cable ties to hold it together we called around looking for a solution, these guys were recommended so we called them and they said if we could get there today they can sort us out, 370km later we arrived at 1545 and by 1630 they had replaced brackets, re-bolted others and tested the awning out, Service like this doesn't happen very often, we are delighted with timely and professional service all at a very reasonable cost, When you are on day 3 of a 95 day trip service like this is relationship saving. WELL DONE JAYCO AULBURY WODONGA , so happy we have a JAYCO can't imagine any other makers having the parts handy and providing such a wonderful service,

Pop top air lifter fitted last week. Neat and tidy installation works well. The cooks happy.

Our experience with this branch of Jayco was second to none from servicing one caravan, then buying a new caravan with a realistic trade-in for our old caravan was greatly appreciated. Dropped into Jayco and got absolutely fantastic service. We were on our way from Melbourne to Queensland and realised after picking up our new Jayco Jpod Outback, that the electric brakes were not working. So we dropped in and they fixed the issue for us to continue travelling with no fuss no cost and got amazing service. Five stars for these guys! 😊
