I’d just like to thank BF Panels who fixed my engine splash cover on a Saturday morning when everything was closed. The office was open and a very helpful young man repaired it for me until I could get a replacement.

Wow doesn’t even describe it I am so impressed! Truly happy with the results. It’s like nothing ever happened!

Give these guys a call if you’re stuck! I locked my keys in my car and BF Panels responded promptly and efficiently. They were fully communicative on the way there and the (professional) technician Josh went out of his way and above and beyond to help. We had great service in all respects, after a major car accident with our caravan on the Hume Highway. Josh was brilliant and went above and beyond to help us out, organising accommodation for us, taking us there and helping us unload all our camping gear from the car, plus opening up the premises after hours the following day to allow us to get items from the wrecked caravan. When you’re in a traumatic situation it’s so wonderful have a friendly and empathetic person like Josh to help ease the way through it all. Thanks Josh and also to the other staff too who were also very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs towing in the area.

I have used BF Panels towing a couple of times now and plan on using them a few more times in the short term. Their service is fantastic, from the ladies at reception to their drivers.
Booking a tow is a painless experience and they can take payment over the phone. I have had Jason tow my car each time and couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Jason phones ahead to let you know how far away he is and will also call to let you know if there are any delays. Friendly people, one of the cheapest prices on the border and i wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Today we were stranded with our car & van 1hr from Albury, Josh came to the rescue with a courtesy car as we couldn’t all fit in the truck. Josh went above & beyond to help us out, a genuine great bloke. Very grateful for good service. 👌

They are the best took my car there step by step Matt explained what i needed to do to claim on my insurance he took time out of his busy schedule to make sure i had all the information i needed to move forward thanks Matt. Had an accident Josh to the rescue. What a fantastic chap so pleasant and totally professional he goes the extra mile. What an asset to the company. Now I'm hoping to have my vehicle repaired will know more soon.

My car broke down about 30 minutes outside of albury, Josh came and picked me up bringing a courtesy car as we wouldn't all fit in his truck. The only bit of luck we had that day was to get him on the call out as he was the most genuine guy, going above and beyond what he needed to do to help me out. I can't thank him enough 😊

Scott and his team at BP Panels and Towing are absolute professionals and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. We were stranded on the Hume Highway 100 kilometres from Albury after a wheel parted company from our fully loaded tandem trailer. Despite the miserable weather and very late hour Josh came in good time, located us, and despite the rain rain expertly loaded the oversized tandem minus one wheel on to the truck deck. It was no mean feat with the wheel base of the trailer taking the deck width to the limit. Not only did they get us and the trailer safely back to town but well and truely went the extra mile by staying back late the next day to help us unlaod and repack all our gear into another trailer.

Then two days later I get a call just to check we had made it home safely! Now that is great customer service.

Great service, excellent skills and just plain nice people to deal with! Highly recommended!

After being involved in an accident I took my 4wd here. The work done was of excellent quality and done in the time frame they said it would be done. I will return if I ever need to have any smash repairs done.

Josh from BF panels was a fantastic help with towing and went out of his way to find a mechanic open on the weekend. Even gave us a lift back into town. Highly recommended
