I don't usually leave reviews but I want to for the service I just received at this shop. The lady was so polite, friendly and helpful, the customer service was the best I've received in a long time and made my experience shopping with them very pleasant. Definitely recommend!

I enter this shop occasionally when I’m in lane cove plaza and every single time the customer service is shocking. The staff/middle aged women who work here seem to think they are above everyone else and would rather sit on their phone than making a sale, like??? anyways I’ve been disappointed a number of times and yet I still go back in each time hoping it’s better and I find myself thinking that it’s actually managed to get worse lol. would not recommend this place to anyone, this shop could learn a thing or two from zjoosh a few doors down that are always so lovely and care about there customers.
