Always beautiful dresses, I shop here once every three weeks as I enjoy the sales, great prices for the different varieties of styles, the staff are always sweet but sometimes a little overbearing, one incident though the shop wasn't too busy and the change rooms weren't being watched, I had more than three options so I leave them just outside so I don't have to run back and forth, obviously other people do that too, well there was a few items left over from someone before hand when I first entered, they obviously were not my size,, fast forward 6 items later and I'm down to my last 2, the fitting rooms have finally started being watched again, (I have a purse on me that's it), a more mature staff yells at me where is the dress, I say what dress, and the pulls up an empty hanger, I say I don't know I'm wearing one and putting two back(grabbing the other two to swap out), and she loudly says you don't understand what I'm saying I'm saying where is the dress, I explain that the hanger was with the clothes that obviously weren't my selection, she then proceeded to tell me that she saw me put all the clothes there,and over served me when I tried on the next two, once she realised I was on my lunch break from two stores away (I had a headset and lanyard) she served me politely, I understand it was a thursd night but to accuse someone who works in the centre of stealing is a mistake.

Went with my boyfriend to try on some dress as soon as i came out of trial room that tiny staff working there said
‘do you want it or not i will put back if you dont want’ in a extreme rude voice. I mean let us decide . I work in a store as well we know what customer service looks like.

The owner is extremely rude I feel sorry for the girls who work there. Don’t expect him to to give you good customer service. Don’t shop here or any of the Perth stores if you want good service and value for money. The clothes are cheaply made and won’t last.

Advertised phone number is the wrong number. They are not even updating it since over 6 months.
