Portmans Perth

Special shout-out to Alice, the store Manager and Bri who work at Portmans in Hay St Mall. Our boss organised a shopping trip for the staff and generously paid for all of our outfits and Alice and Bri were more than accommodating. They made the whole experience so much fun, provided great style advice, and overall, we had a great time. Honestly, they are a huge asset to Portmans. I don't like picking clothes for myself and quite often hate everything I try on, but they both suggested some great options and I left loving all of my purchases. Nothing was too much trouble and I'd visit the city store again just to have a few laughs with these wonderful humans. Regards, Lexie

I went to this store on Black Friday which is probably the most chaotic day for the sales staff and they were fantastic! When I walked in there was plenty of people in the store and both Alice and the other sales assistant (I think her name is Bri) were making the time to ask every single person if they needed help. Even through all the chaos Alice still took the time to find an item for me that she thought would suit me and arranged for an item they didn’t have in stock to be delivered to me. You ladies are fabulous and can’t recommend the store enough!

Recently visited the Karrinyup store to purchase some additional workwear items. The sales lady was absolutely lovely especially considering she was run off her feet at times attending to other customers. Would definitely recommend.

Portmans is my go to shop for formal wear , the staff are really friendly….Natina the sales staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful…she assisted me with a genuine interest , but just me but all the other customers…she’s a great asset to the company…

Was desperately searching for a dress that this store had one of. Finally had the staff dig through boxes of stock going to another store and they found it!! Thank you sooooo much!!!

Girl winter clothing staff.

Pushy and aggressive sales lady wouldn’t leave us alone, how many times can I say I’m just looking? Barely picked up a piece of clothing before snatching it off me to put in the fitting room, forcing me to try on things I wasn’t even decided on. Very weird attitude, totally off putting. It’s 2023, not everyone responds to these sales tactics, read your customers.

I went to the store straight to where the belts are as that’s what I only intended to buy and checked them online before coming to the store. The sales lady is like looking down on me when I was trying the belt. Condescending and not friendly.

Won't even stock plus sizes in their store, have to go online to purchase.. so rude how they dont want larger people shopping in thier store. if you sell it you should stock it.. never felt so fat and discriminated against for being a normal size.

Worst service at Perth store. Travelled in to do an exchange though store was closed for stocktake. I politely opened door to ask if all stores were closed and one if the ladies with short blonde hair and glasses barked at me stating “ store is closed” shaking her head. It was a simple question that could if politely been answered. In past month have supported Portmans easily spending over $800 and today I was also going to purchase a $200 gift voucher but will now give my business elsewhere.
